What can people do? What can the governors do? What can the scientists do?
What can the men in the space station do?
They can do nothing:
The men in the space station: they watch but cannot do anything to change the situation.
The governors can do nothing other than warning and evacuating people.
The scientists can do nothing other than investigating and expecting.
Therefore, the best action man may take, in addition to the necessary measures, is the prayer and supplicating God Most Gracious Who alone can calm the storm and avert people the harm of the hurricane and the harm of every affliction.
Quran 17: 67, which means:
{And when distress touches you at the sea c, [all] those to whom you pray will be forgotten d, except Him [alone] e}
.......................................................................
67 c When you fear of drowning by the impacting waves and the disturbance of the sea
67 d i.e. you will forget about all the gods which you worship.
67 e You will not forget about Him, because you know that God is the All-Able to save you.

It means: In the time of distress, you people, will pray God Most Gracious alone because you know that He is All-Able to save you, and you then will forget about your associates, patrons and idols other than God alone without associate.
You say this because you are faraway from the dangerous region: you sit in Tel Aviv or some other place.

I imagine you could probably draw a sermon from a turd you saw lying in the road selfsap
