yeah, edmonton and calgary both won on the same night, that is front page news on its own.
calgary is playing much better right now, seem to have found a little blend in their game,
but then again, there was only one way to go, as they had allready hit the basement.

canucks are battling the flu right now, bieksa has had it for awhile along with a bit of
pneumonia, lost 8 lbs and looks washed out, and malhotra also has it, not sure about anyone
else.

At the very least, they should be leading the Pacific. At best they should be challenging Detroit for first in the west.

For God's sake, what are they? five points out of first place overall? Your two Alberta teams both won. Cheer about that.

Detroit is hot and cold, Canucks just beat them recently, so I don't see a team that is beaten by an under achieving team being a "benchmark" for anyone. As far as the Pacific Div. goes they are within one game of being in first place. Hey Cannuck keep an eye on the sky, you don't want it dropping on your head.

Yeah, that's something that may not happen again in this millenium.

Perhaps you could benefit from listening to your elders.

good one JLM, and wise advice lol

San jose is in a funk right now, missing important defencemen, and trying to get by with call ups,
so they will struggle along for awhile till all are healthy again.
I watched detroit beat them easily tonight, and the defence were a definite problem for san jose,
and gave detroit some easy goals.

Perhaps but I generally find that elders just aren't that smart. No offense but with the accelerating pace of change, I don't believe "elders" are much of a source of knowledge anymore. For the most part, they are being left behind. That is why so many of them are angry.

...but I don't want to get off topic.

Knowledge you can get from a book, wisdom you can't.
