Yeah, Sh*t is going to hit the fan, but who is going to get it? Jensen Got it started but I doubt if he'll get too much blame. You can't blame Eddie when he's playing short handed, down two for over a minute.

if you go thru all of the goals, there are two or three where lack did not play it well, can't make
excuses for him, he must share the blame with his teamates, that is fair, can't pretend those
mistakes didn't happen.
he is a rookie, he lost his composure at times, that is expected from a rookie, but he has to
share the blame.

Oh well, the silver lining is Gillis hasn't signed Lack to an 8 year - 70 million dollar deal. Yet.

At least Petros got to see some goals.

Stupid penalties cost them a 3 point lead.

Yeah I saw all 7. As mentioned I got to go to a game win or lose. On the upside We met that Dawn gal who hosts the games. The gal beside me did the guess the player thing to win a goalie stick.

Gillis maybe, you can't blame J.T. for this loss. (Neither one of them took a stupid penalty 200' from the goal.)

again jlm, just like with lack, you are trying to absolve a person from blame, who is just as much to
blame as the rest of them, torterella has molded this team thus far, and what does he have, a great
team that just lost a fluke game, no. this team has his name all over it, don't make excuses for him and
release him from his responsibilities, along with lack.
can you go thru the whole team and decide with each player, which ones are innocent of blame, and which
ones are guilty. no. jensson isn't more to blame because of his penalty, neither is tostito, or any
of them, they play together for each other.

Don't get me wrong, Talloola, of course the blame has to be shared (for whatever good it will do) but the point I'm trying to make if J.T. deserves to be fired it shouldn't be for this game, his decision not to play Lu against Ottawa might be a better reason.

I have a Hell of a good idea........................fire Gary Bettman for it! -:) He's the head honcho!

i wouldn't fire him for either one of those decisons alone. it is an accumulation of decisions that
pile one on another, including the two you mention.
with each decision he has made, starting some time ago, there is a pile of them, now he has problems
with this team which result from his first decision right on thru, and now in his post game interview
he is beginning to crumble, he doesn't know what to do. the team needs him to be the one the team leans
on at a time like this, that is a strength of a coach, his stupid calgary antics has hurt his demand for any respect, his stupid remarks about the olympics,
his decision to play lack in the heritage game, and on and on.
he is responsible for luongo leaving, now he is responsible for lack losing confidence and having to
carry the whole load, when he isn't ready, and on and on.
if luongo had of played in the heritage game, he would still be here,
even if they still had lost the game, and lack would still have that
big guy up front to carry most of the load, and help him learn how
to be a confident nhl goalie, but now lack is alone with that chore.

Just when I thought the Canucks couldn't get worse, they did. The whole team was rotten, including Lack who, in the third period couldn't stop a beach ball. I won't even try to innumerate the things the defense did wrong but a big part of the blame for that cluster-f--k has to go to Torterella and the whole team. I hope they haven't ruined a good, young, goaltender who wasn't ready to shoulder the whole load.

Look on the bright side, Hank ended a scoring drought, the team scored more goals than they have for a long while............the glass has to be at least a 1/4 full! There's another game tomorrow night. -:)

Not very fair to Tanev whose +/- was 1.

.

On the not so bright side, the team took six straight penalties.....one was a fighting major and both teams were short a man. Five of those penalties were what the Islanders built their comeback on.
Can Lack come back from that game? I guess we find out tomorrow.

They weren't all bad penalties, the 2nd one, 200' from the goal was the one that got the whole sh*teree started!
