So you were charged for something other than trying to convince your country it was doing the wrong thing?

It was all a part of the same effort.

I set no limit when I set out to do my country good, other than doing the moral things.

Do you?

Oh wait, you likely never had a cause and do not care if we have poor laws. Right?

The right way.
Going through the courts.
When that failed thanks to poor stone-less lawyers, I mulled to get a second kick at the can, with better representation, but after countless delays and further charges to have me relent, --- including having to represent myself when I did not want to do so, --- ignoring my constitutional and legal rights, --- the corrupted court threw everything out due to their own delay.

The law won but the bastard cheated.

You presented yourself, you cannot represent yourself. Otherwise I agree entirely with your position.

You didn't answer the question, numbnuts.

You should get a Bong and some weed Gerry. It;ll smoke that stress right outta you.

I can represent myself if I choose to in our system.

In the case I mentioned, I did not choose to but was forced to do so. I admit to doing a poor job as I am not qualified to do so in a criminal case.

Heh Canadian Tax Payers,

Here’s a question for you regarding compensation for being held illegally in jail.

Let’s say a person is held over a weekend in jail and should have been released on the Friday, but for some reason the papers don’t get filed on time due to incompetence. What would each day be worth to the Canadian taxpayer?

What was the charge part of the effort?

I have to agree with you, there has never been a law that I didn't like so much that I went out and committed a crime.

So how far did you go to convince your government?

18 years of incarceration worth. Importing and conspiracy to sell were the main charges.

I knew you were anti-religion but I didn't know you were pushing.

A+ for honesty for you.

So what was it? Opiates?

Opiates are not what is now being legalized. Cannabis is the drug I imported.

If the courts had recognized the logic of our LeDain Royal commission on Cannabis, and why legalization was recommended, they would have also recognized the LeDain Royal Commission Report on all psychotropic and legalized and controlled all drugs through our medical system and legalize every drug which is what now most thinkers are promoting that the Liberals also do.

To discriminate against some drug users for using a particular psychotropic drug and not the others because of their drug of choice is quite immoral in my view, especially since the legal tobacco and alcohol drugs individually do more damage to society than all the illegal psychotropic drugs combined.

As to my pushing drugs. I have never done so. What I pushed was legalization and a just drug system. Not drugs.

How was it a crime to support the legalization of weed?

If you were importing and selling you were pushing.

It is what it is.

The new law will not allow you to import or sell. So no matter how you look at it you were breaking the law and I hope you get the max.

Cannabis is not now being legalized and to assume it will be can put you on a slippery slope. Pretty boy has still got a few wrinkles to contend with, the Senate (which he supports) being one I hear! :)

What is it about the words, --- I have never sold drugs --- that you do not understand?

Take your agenda and dysfunctional thinking elsewhere.

Huh?

I speak of years ago and legal injustice and you are speaking of today and this is not even the issue of the O.P.
