So what evil has he perpetrated besides trying to destroy ISIS?
It's all in the song. He appeals to the fascist supporters of environmental rape and pillage, and those without vision of a better future for our children's children. We don't need dirty oil. We have the technology to phase it out but dinosaurs like Slave, Petroglyph and the Captain won't let go of the slime.

Cut squandering on that bottomless pit called CBC. Lowered taxes. Put criminals in jail. Promoted development. All things the left hates.

C.B.C. is OK, better than any of that sh*t out of the U.S. I used to watch C.N.N. a lot but quit.

Oil is what we got, and if you can get rid of something and get paid for it, that's a plus in my books.

What you call fascist supporters of environmental rape, are common sense people that don't believe all the greenies, and the people like suzuki and gore that get rich on their fear that the sky is falling because of changes in temperature that are normal......

This is a gem that should be in the Top 40.

A catchy little tune for sure and it's so sad to see so many people who are so emaciated, weary, worn and thread bare.

What you call fascist supporters of environmental rape, are common sense people that don't believe all the greenies, and the people like suzuki and gore that get rich on their fear that the sky is falling because of changes in temperature that are normal......

Some people just have to have something to whine about and if they don't they'll whine about that. :) :)

If that's all ya got, like gerryh, you got nothin'.

So you have no problem with a citizen of another country becoming Prime Minister. Personally, I don't like the idea of a citizen of another country being able to become an MP, let alone the added possibility of becoming Prime Minister.

How about the fact he is a dipper? that alone is enough form me.

For me, his political leanings have nothing to do with it. I didn't vote Liberal when Dion was leader for the very same reason. He was a citizen of a foreign country and was unwilling to renounce that citizenship. I voted independent that year.

He's a Canadian citizen. It doesn't matter to me if he retains his French citizenship. He is a human being, which is more than I can say about Helmet Head, he may not be as pretty as Justin, but he is more articulate and not as much in the pocket of big business. But all three are just puppets, so I will vote for whoever in my riding that sounds the sanest, who sounds like they actually want to serve the people and not their corporate masters. It just seems to me, to discriminate against someone because they have dual citizenship rather shallow minded. It is all rather mute since soon there won't be any Canada as a sovereign nation because, in case you haven't noticed, we are in the process of becoming part of one global government ruled by corporations. What the hell did you think all these secret international trade deals are all about? You didn't really think it was about Canada or its people, did you? Harper sold us out to the lowest bidder. The Liberals would have done the same, and I have my doubts that Mulcaire would have done any better. It all started with Mulberry and NAFTA. Harper just tightened the last screw.

corporation...blah blah blah.....in the pocket...blah blah blah...... evil corporation..... corporate sponsored war....blah blah blah..... the end as we know it.... blah blah blah......

It never ceases to amaze me the depths to which your hypocrisy runs. From environment to star chamber. You and Beav are always good for a laugh.

Political song ‘Harperman’ going coast to coast on Thursday

“With a month to go to voting day, these joyful singing events across Canada help remind Canadians of our inherent values and rights,” said sing-along organizer Chris White.

Turner’s song and suspension have attracted more than two million YouTube views and media interest from France, Germany, Australia, Russia, Iran and England, as well as across Canada

While White’s sounding happy these days, it’s not surprising that no one is humming the song in Harper’s circles.

Turner’s campfire-style song accuses Harper of a litany of misdeeds, from being a “two-bit control freak” and muzzling scientists to patronage and ignoring “the cause of everything.”

Of course not. Just look at all the diversionary tactics. The last thing Harpo fanboys want to hear is the truth about what an azzhole their hero is.
See the guy that made that video? He is, or at least was, a federal govt employee before making the video. As such, you are NOT at liberty to publicly oppose/question/criticize the sitting govt's policies. It's a condition of employment and has been for as long as I can remember. Being a scientist in the federal govt's employ does not imbue special status upon him.
Whether he's speaking truth or not is irrelevant, particularly since most vapid partisan dolts aren't the least bit interested in facts or truth when it makes their own guy look like a complete drip.

Yes we already recognize the Harper government will silence anyone who says the truth.

Yep, that went RIGHT over your head. Do you honestly think this kind of stuff didn't happen before the days of Harper? The difference is with today's social media and mass media frenzy, it's much easier to screw yourself. The information sticks around longer today as well for the same reasons. People like the guy who made the video think for some reason that despite an EXISTING condition of employment, social media is somehow not public because he performed the video on "his time" or something stupid like that.

Here's the thing. If he had performed this song at a private function, no problem. If he had performed this song at a private function and someone caught it on video and put it on youtube, he'd probably have a good argument for not having any action taken against him. It's the fact that as a federal govt employee, he went out of his way to make and produce the video and put it out there for all to see that's got him in hot water. Of course I don't expect some blindly partisan doofuses with a hate on for anything remotely right wing to comprehend this fact.
