Florida governor defies the NRA and signs off on small insignificant new gun control measures.

NRA will be vexed
Just as predicted the NRA has them in court already.

I am guessing........2nd amendment?

The script never changes,

Good. That is what we have courts for. To protect freedoms from loopy left politicians.
Gotta make sure to protect the freedom of the mentally disturbed, terrorists and the spoilt grown brats, the means to wipe out the armies of kindergarteners, young students , teachers, and those veteran home residents. And imagine a taxi driver daring to expect a fare!!!!

i love it when people start talking like bluebyrd. They demonstrate their inability to stay calm and rational.

You are 62 years old and still have kids in public school?

I still have a kid in Grade Nine and I have a girl who just graduated from high school last year.

By the way, my father was forty when I was born. His father was 53 when he was born and my other grandfather was 43 when my mother was born.

You would have guessed correctly.

Limiting purchases to 21 years and older is a clear violation, when you can serve in the military at age 18.

I do not think they have the grounds to challenge anything else.

As a civil rights organization, it is the NRA's job to defend the Second Amendment.

Now the Justice Department is trying to put a federal ban on bump stocks.

This is the sacrificial lamb. A meaningless bit of gun control that can pose as reform.

On the up side the NRA is unable to create any traction at all, and its always gratifying to watch a bully get bitch slapped.

LOL!!!

Really?

5 million members and a yearly budget of $350 million dollars is "no traction"?

Well, I'll take some of that no traction. :)

And if you are talking about the NRA's reputation and traction in Congress......well, you're wrong.

I bet the NRA's membership rises over the next year.

The NRA is repugnant to many people. Special interest groups are not what they once were.

The attempts to vilify survivors and law enforcement no longer work.

“Take the guns first, go through due process second.”
President Poop fer brains throws NRA under the bus

Emma Gonzalez - shooting survivor - delivers 11 minute anti gun speech that goes viral making her one of the spokespeople for the new anti gun movement - and also makes her a target of NRA trolls.

She now has more twitter followers than the NRA.

YOu beat someone by beating them, and the NRA is taking a well-earned beating

You can serve in our military at 17. I did it.

ON that veteran's home stand off thing the guy was a 36 year old Afghan war vet who had recently been kicked out of the PTSD program, came back armed to a going away party and killed three woman and himself.

Sort of like the American Sniper thing.

A lot of these guys are coming home broken.

You can serve in the military at 17 in the U.S. So much for that theory.

The NRA is not a civil rights organization, whatever that is.
