Gun Control is Completely Useless.

I don't have to.......The countries that control of those who should not have access to guns have already done so. Those with the most killings or woundings by guns have the least control.

Yes you do, you cannot just spout off without having some semblance of truth in your childlike statements. Perhaps you could describe how a firearm works to us, then explain how reloading is safely done, both for sport and hunting. No googling. You would not discuss something you know nothing about right?
Oh, and quit driving your car, the chances of you killing or injuring someone with it are much much greater than is my chance with the rifle i have had for 56 years.

NO I don't!! There have been so many stats showing exactly exactly that. already presented here. I have no intention of pandering to silly whims either. As far as comparing items used to kill and those to travel and to transport goods and people is also stupid. One does not compare chairs to road signs to see which one has the best coloration!!

So don't get your knickers in a knot. As far as I am concerned, you can be buried with your rifle if it means that much to you.

Controlling who can buy and use a gun is a totally different matter. Without background checks eliminating the under aged, known criminals and those with mental conditions is a big problem. There are many, posting here that have the idea that everyone should be allow to buy guns over the counter or at gun shows, on-line or even sell guns with no questions asked.

It truly annoys me that there are so many (mostly males) afraid of losing what ( seems to me) they perceive as proof of their manliness!! What the heck is that all about!!

Very good, you have again shown that you have less reasoning power than a Squirrel.
Well, I did better than you, it seems, I did not resort to name calling for lack of a come back LOL.

On behalf of the family Sciuridae, I insist that you cease these comparisons, as they demean my clients.

Hmmm. Rat catcher are you??

Most burglars are chicken poops that run away after the first sound, but what about the burglar that doesn't?

Seems to me that your desire to disarm a single mother that might otherwise be able to defend her children from that 1 in 1000 burglars that doesn't run away when she yells " I've called the police!".....well, you are truly one sick lady.

We'll make sure she gets counselling to deal with her grief.

LOL so, for many here it really is true........Quite a number of those who fear having their guns ripped from their grasp, really do equate their masculinity to their weapons.

Note the main objections are to this comparison and not one word about better back ground checks, or who can sell or buy guns means nothing!! Sell the blooming weapons to anyone as long as it doesn't interfere with the (weapon) love of their lives.......

Now what about the mother shot in a Walmart store before Xmas 2 years ago by her 18 month old, in front of shoppers and her two other children??? Who gets the counseling?? Mum is dead, the two year old doesn't understand what "dead" is, so that leaves husband & two other children. It certainly isn't me. I see and understand the solution, however, too many are afraid of losing their identity with giving up their favorite blankie

Counsellors for everybody! Just as long as we render people incapable of effective self defense.
Oh for goodness sake. I will take a page from Bondo's book and point out that people have not had their cars ripped from their lives because drivers licenses were introduced along with seat belts or road rules.

Oh and may I also point out that any single parent looking after multiple children, with a gun handy, is likely to lose her life or perhaps that of one of her children.
Check out how often the owner of a gun or a member of the family die by that gun.
