Loan for what? Mortgage? Bought outright while I had the chance and it was cheap. Credit Card I use it as a debit card when needed for reservations etc. I owe no-one. My future is mine and all mine. Who do you owe your future to?
You owe your family for your loans, mortgage and CCs or did you use them as collateral?Me and my family
Debt is debt. Limited liability is still liability.
I like trying to be taxed. It makes me run out and buy more **** to depreciate. You bet... Just like taxes
No, I do not... There is a limited corporate entity that has the capacity to employ debt and/or credit facilities.
Don't mistake the officers of a corp entity as personally responsibility for the corp (other than the limitations stipulated in the operating agreement and articles of incorporation).
Ahhh, the famous limited liability corporation. What a crock they are. A license to run up credit, mismanage debt, and come out with no ill effect on yourself at all. Kind of like a free pass to f*ck-up and leave others holding the bill. Another one of those corporate laws that needs to go.
I thought you were big on personal responsibility.
Money grows out of labour and no where else.
Not true DB... Banks can create it at will
The limited liabiity has changed. They can come after you personal assets for mismanagementand and a few other aspects. It's not like it once was.Ahhh, the famous limited liability corporation. Although I'm sure DB would disagree, it requires labour for a bank to create more money. There has to be an employee after all!
That is marvelous. You can be insured against liability of your own greed and malice. Ain't capitalism grand! We are so lucky that we live in such an advanced civilization where money is god and everything else beef hooked. You must be talking about Director's liability and/or possibly about outright fraud.
BTW - there is insurance for Director's for that issue
