Loan for what? Mortgage? Bought outright while I had the chance and it was cheap. Credit Card I use it as a debit card when needed for reservations etc. I owe no-one. My future is mine and all mine. Who do you owe your future to?

No, I do not... There is a limited corporate entity that has the capacity to employ debt and/or credit facilities.

Don't mistake the officers of a corp entity as personally responsibility for the corp (other than the limitations stipulated in the operating agreement and articles of incorporation).

Ahhh, the famous limited liability corporation. What a crock they are. A license to run up credit, mismanage debt, and come out with no ill effect on yourself at all. Kind of like a free pass to f*ck-up and leave others holding the bill. Another one of those corporate laws that needs to go.

I thought you were big on personal responsibility.

Ain't it grand!

I'm curious though.. Who are "the others" you speak of?

Money grows out of labour and no where else.

Not true DB... Banks can create it at will, from thin air in fact... Just ask Nick.. He'll tell ya all about it.

The limited liabiity has changed. They can come after you personal assets for mismanagementand and a few other aspects. It's not like it once was.

Although I'm sure DB would disagree, it requires labour for a bank to create more money. There has to be an employee after all!

But I don't disagree. The stroke of a pen absolutely requires labour, both intellectual and physical. We are not interested in money or currency though we are interested in real carry away consumable transmutable wealth. Brain labour burns calories by making the brain sweat, it's why bankers go prematurely bald, if they're good, I mean bad, I mean efficient. I hope that has addressed your conviction about my particulars in this matter. That will be thirty seven dollars please.

[Global Capitalism] possibly one of the most lethal species extermination methods ever invented. Control is probably a better word than extermination cuz we haven't actually proved an total human extinction event yet. The rich and powerful always seem to survive some how, have a bunch of offspring in some fertile fields, and start up the old build and destroy machinery again and repeat the economic life cycle .

You must be talking about Director's liability and/or possibly about outright fraud.

BTW - there is insurance for Director's for that issue
That is marvelous. You can be insured against liability of your own greed and malice. Ain't capitalism grand! We are so lucky that we live in such an advanced civilization where money is god and everything else beef hooked.
