...why would any one care what you think you think ?
Clearly you do you do

Is he ever! But then 2/3 of the people on the forum recognize that. Where was "laziness" even previously mentioned? What wasn't previously mentioned is the fact the job is in the Okanagan and he just started at the job a 2 months ago and $15 an hour in the Okanagan is an average wage for non union employees. It's also no indication of his knowledge or ability, he previously worked in Northern AB for over 20 years pulling in $12 grand to $16 grand a month many times. Some people just go out of their way to be ignorant. Best to just ignore the pricks! :)
Sure sure....Seriously, if he wants a real job making good money send me a PM and I'll line him up. There's no point spending his life being lazy like his old man. There's too much opportunity out there.

Well from my perspective, I agree it doesn't look good. I'm in Alberta and things still aren't going all that well. I still see the worry and anxiousness in peoples eyes as their EI is running out. My half brother was sure that his job was secure until his company just recently laid off 300 people over a period of time. Now he's unemployed and hoping like hell his wife's job is secure as they just built a new home with all that entails.

Hopefully, things will improve. I must admit though that while there are those still working, some of them make a hell of a lot of money but still can't handle their finances which is why I'm fortunate to be in a recession-proof industry.

But of course you're still an idiot so why would any one care what you think you think ?

What I find really baffling is why the idiot would advertise to the whole wide world, how ignorant, stupid and uninformed he really is. Would any sane and intelligent person believe ANYTHING this TWIT has to say?

You're just upset because somebody has shown more concern for your son then you. I'm personally not surprised. You're pretty selfish.

Before you go mouthing off, twit, you should learn some basic grammar and then maybe check your alternative facts. I do, however, have one question. I'm seriously thinking of embarking on a program that perhaps you can provide some advice on! Obviously you are deriving many benefits from being a big A$$hole or what would be the point? Maybe you can give me some tips and I think if I persevered for a few months I could be just as big of an A$$hole as you and also reap the benefits. Meanwhile you should take a grammar 01 course. P.S. my son is fine, and thriving both financially and socially, so maybe you should concentrate your efforts on YOU & mind your own F88KING BUSINESS!

Of course he's not. He makes fifteen bucks an hour working on an assembly line. That may be fine by your standards but seriously, look at you. Have him PM me and I'll give him some names

You cant save much working part-time jobs thats why people put their pennies in a Tax Free Savings account because they wont be raped when they withdraw it... RRSPS are basically becoming a rich thing now...

38% of Canadians dip into RRSPs early, BMO survey suggests - Business - CBC News

RRSPs less popular since creation of TFSA, StatsCan data finds - Business - CBC News

I contributed to RRSPs since I was in my 30s and did quite well, but never withdrew anything until after I converted them to RRIFs at age 65 and since then just with drew the minimum, so the taxes are minimal. Pretty tough to retire on them but I do get an extra $500 a month which comes in handy. Later in life I started contributing to T.F.S.A. , it's a good place to park money until you need it for something. Just having the account doesn't do one's credit rating any harm either. A good rule of thumb (if you can manage it) is to save 20% of income. Putting it into a house accomplishes the same thing. It's all potential money.
