That's from Massachussets.

Like I keep saying, Colpy; you expect people in a different religion than Christianity and is half a millennium younger than Christianity to behave like Christian people. Unrealistic, at best and reminds me of Coldslime's wish to have all humanity morphed into his version of what should be. Islam and its people will evolve and it won't be because of your hatred for it and them.

...and that is nuts. Despite the fact the maximum sentence is a year in jail.

When was the last time anyone was charged??

Islam will not evolve, it has been devolving for 7 or 8 hundred years.........and the devolution of Islam has accelerated in the last 50.

Are you kidding me with that source? lmao

How about this source??

British Pakistani Christian Association: Gunmen open fire on bus of nuns and Cathedral - one dead

Or this one:

Pakistan: Christians under attack following release of anti-Islam film - Vatican Insider

Oh, and questioning sources is a long leap for someone that quotes Global research......

It's a good thing they don't have nukuler weepons like the Israelis then. There's only room on the planet for one lying fanatical secret nuclear blackmailing power you know.

Islam devolving for fifty years, that's amazing, it seems Israel has been evolving for exactly the same time, I wonder what the connection is?

Who cares? The law is there.

Your opinion. But you may have a point; if it devolves back to where it started before the prophet, perhaps it can right itself.
In the meantime, you keep avoiding the fact that a lot of Moslem peopkle do not follow their prophet's words to the letter.

oh, you found two more. Sorry, but unltil you can show where the majority of Moslems are dingbat fundies instead of people that just want to be left alone to do their own thing, I don't really give a crap how many individual instances of violence you put links to here. Everything evolves or dies and if it evolves, it usually isn't in a way that pleases everyone on the planet. Life's a bitch sometimes.
And yes, I do question sources sometimes. It's just stupid to swallow everything read or heard, especially if it comes from lamestream news or editorials. But you go right ahead. I really doubt that anything or anyone could change your mind about anything regardless of how much information and evidence there is.
Perhaps you should try starting your own version of something like the KKK. lol

I imagine the hundreds of thousands of citizens of Massachusetts that are regularly guilty of blasphemy care....A LOT.

And you know as well as I do that law is unconstitutional, and would be struck down the instant anyone tried to use it.......

Perhaps.
But, whatever, this is tangential to my point. All I did was show that we have some pretty stupid and archaic laws here, too. Not everyone here follows the law to the letter, just the same as not all Moslems do with theirs. But you go ahead and keep painting them all and their religion with the same brush simply because of relatively few wingnuts.

I guess Harper is an Islamic sympathizer?

Nuclear deal warms up UAE and Canada ties - The National

Now Canadian sourced uranium will be used by Islam to blow up Israel and Jew York City (possibly large portions of Florida if funding available).

"This pact is testimony to bilateral ties that are strong and getting ever stronger," said John Baird, the Canadian foreign minister, who signed the treaty with his UAE counterpart, Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, in the capital of Ottawa on Tuesday.
It's a testimony allright...

Point taken.

Counter-point:

We KNOW the law is archaic nonsense, in fact it is not even law, as it is unconstitutional.

Meanwhile, in the Islamic world, people get sentenced to death for blasphemy.

Therein lies the difference.

lol Until a law is stricken, it's still law regardless of consitutionality.

Not in dispute. Anyway, that's because the silly people mix their politics in with their religion. Laws are laws. Western civilisation dumped the mix a couple hundred years ago for the most part but there are still remnants of it. Takes time to evolve.

Didn't mean that I'd hate myself for doing that stuff, just that I'd hate myself for being a politician. lol
Just being honest is why I wouldn't make a good politician. :D

Lol, I know. Sometimes I think to myself, wouldn't it be nice to work for the government; good pay, good benefits, good pension. Then I have to call an speak to someone who does work for the government (usually CRA, occasionally the city) and I realize that, no, I cannot work there. I would go mad and I would take everyone with me. :)
