That would be applicable if honour killings were considered murder in Muslim countries.

They are in some, only in writing. They aren't in most.

But don't let that stop you from making anymore silly comparisons, lol.

BS...

Give an example of a country that doesn't count an "honor" killing as intentional homicide.

Your reply is BS. Of course it's intentional homicide, even when legal to do so.

What I said was, it's legal.

Here are three examples, where it's legal.

Syria, Article 548 of the Syrian code of law.

Jordan, Article 340 of the Penal Code.

Morocco, Article 418 of the Penal Code.

Happy Googling.

Did CB deliberately omit the non-Muslim nations which allow honor killings or was he just making an ignorant mistake?

Legal Statues by country allowing honor killings:
Honor killing - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Nothing here indicates religion as a common cause. While it is true that some Muslim majority countries allow or condone this type of murder, most Muslim countries don't. Meanwhile several non-Muslim countries also allow it.

Haiti allows killing an adulterous wife and her lover if he catches them in the act.

Jordan has about 7 "honor" killings a year, also only for adultery.

Syrian its still murder, but the penalty is reduced to a max of 2 years.

In Morocco it works in either direction. A woman or a man can kill their spouse if they catch them in the act.

Honor killings only recently became illegal in Colombia and Brazil where over 800 men legally killed their wives in one year.

Italy, honor is considered an extenuating circumstance and may reduce punishment.

Turkey has a zero tolerance. An honor killing can result in life imprisonment.

Its illegal in Pakistan, but the law is seldom enforced. 1261 honor killings in 2003.

In Egypt its an extenuating circumstance which might reduce the penalty.

Here comes the Islam apologist...

Oh so quantity matters...

That must be new.

In Morocco it works in either direction. A woman or a man can kill their spouse if they catch them in the act.
Oh so because you can kill your wife or your husband, it somehow makes it better...

Honor killings only recently became illegal in Colombia and Brazil where over 800 men legally killed their wives in one year.
They're doing it so it's ok if we do it too!!!

What are you, 5?

HEY CB, did you deliberately omit the non-Muslim nations which allow honor killings or were you just making an ignorant mistake?
Of course I deliberately omitted them. We're talking about Islam.

Thanks for the very enlightening reply. I knew you would gloss over the fact that it's legal in some Muslim countries, and not admit you were wrong, when you said it was BS and demanded an example.

You got two, Syria amended their legislation. My apologies. <<< That's what it looks like, since I know you are completely unfamiliar with conceding to fact.

Oh oh, where'd you go EAO?

Feeling a little shy after exposing your moral relativism and ideological blindness?

First off, your use of 'intentional homicide' is a completely different concept than what we call 'honour killings', but let's put that aside.

How many Honduran 'intentional homicides' were committed in Canada in the last 2 years?

For good or bad, a circumcised penis is still normally capable of functioning and feeling.

A circumcised vagina, is not. As is the intended purpose of the practice.

Male genital mutilation is acceptable because 'we' do it; female genital mutilation is bad because 'they' do it.

Nope It's called female circumcision BUT no matter who does it, it's MUTILATION.

Anyone caught doing it should be buried up to their necks and stoned to dea..............woops.
