By definition, a disaster overwhelms a juristictions ability to respond so it's laughable to suggest they just need to "get organized"

As far as news reports indicate she has not done a single thing except point her fat tinger. The MAyor has the entire city staff and equipment at her disposal to distribute supplies. It would appear this is far to complicated for her. BTW it is her job to make it happen.
The closest he ever came to managing a disaster is cleaning up the mess when a pallet of empty beer bottles fell over in the recycling center.

The problem is that he INTERFERES in any achievements of others. eg: going back and forth on the health care issue. Now doing the same with taxation. He continuously sens mixed messages as if in doing so he will have control over the situation and HIS input is the most important. He is an idiot and a psycho. Plus he has NO frigging CLUE.........and refuses to listen to those that do.
Not sure it is a good idea to take photos "literally".;-) Distribution HAS been a problem. THIS relief effort has been sloppy. For probably a mix of reason;s. But for Trump to give himself a TEN is just shameful.Seriously. She's complaining that they are not receiving aid in front of stacks upon stacks of aid sitting idle behind her.
