The leadership in the EU is stupid. They have no idea of what they're asking of Isreal. Should Isreal go back to the Pre 67 borders, it will be defenceless.

There is a reason why Isreal won't go back to the Pre 67 border and anyone who has been there or is familiar with the territory should be able to explain how vunerable Isreal would be against their bitter enemies. Isreal is such a tiny part of the whole area and Palestine (or what would be the state of Palestine if they ever got their "crap" together) is a much larger area. Truth be told, the Palestinians want it ALL including Isreal, not just the settlements - no compromise. I pray that Isreal maintains the peace, continues to defend herself as required and never has to use those weapons. I also pray that because they have the weapons, will be a deterrent to those who would see her destroyed. Isreal won the war in '67 and claimed the territory won. That's what happens when you start something and lost. Why should she give it back if it is of no benefit for her to do so?

Israel was always to be a temporary matter whereas Israelites have always been here and through sacrifice always will be. There is a whole world out there waiting to be sacrificed to save the Israelites. Israel (the place) is forever transient.

Palestinians are the Israelites. There was no Diaspora. Everybody just became Christians and Muzzies.

Israel should tell the EU to go back to its pre-1952 borders.

In direct response to the EU’s directives against Israel’s sovereignty over Judea and Samaria (as well as over Jerusalem and the Golan), Defense Minister Moshe “Bogie” Ya’alon has given the order that the IDF and other relevant government bodies under his control stop all cooperation with EU representatives. This includes any assistance that the IDF may have been providing the EU in infrastructure projects, according to a report in Ma’ariv.

Other steps the Defense Ministry have taken include no longer renewing special EU travel permits nor issuing new ones. Permits for projects in Gaza and Area C are not being granted. Furthermore, the relevant government offices are not taking phone calls from EU representatives.

Ya’alon has also given the order to block the direct transit of EU officials between Israel and Gaza. If EU officials want to go in or out of Gaza, they’ll have to go through the Sinai. Already the transit of three EU groups have been blocked.

On the EU’s part, they are not yet convinced that this is actually a new Israeli policy or just a temporary retaliation, and they plan to wait a few weeks to review if the restrictions are still in place.
