I'll bet the crooks that have to attend will be more nervous than they ever have been. Rather than 'You're fired!' it woill be 'You're all under arrest!'

Yes but even with the extreme unlikelihood of impeachment, doing it to your own party would be unheard of.

That is how delusional the alt-left is.

Can anyone tell me a valid reason for this "Electoral College" system? (Not being a total idiot) I know they are not constrained by the people's wishes (on Paper) Like why not just go by the wishes of the people and be done with it, instead of taking this circuitous (or circusous) route to end up with the same thing? :) I

This is why we don't go by the popular vote...

The country would be ruled by Manhattan and Los Angeles.

I can see the sense in the Electoral College. In cases like this election, the popular vote would mean that the few States where Clinton won would be able to overrule the choice of the large majority of States that voted for Trump. Like here in Canada where we have two Provinces with the largest populations ruling the whole country.
Popular vote would only be the fair way if the population were evenly distributed among the States/Provinces.
If I understand it correctly, in most of the States the Electoral College voters are bound to vote according to the will of the people. I guess they can 'go rogue' but in some States they can be replaced if they vote against the will of the people and/or can be fined.
That is what I heard explained on CNN anyway. Somebody correct me if that's wrong.

In that case why not just have Ontario and Quebec vote for all of Canada?

After the election they were interviewing a woman from New York City who was sobbing uncontrollably. She said...

"I can't believe this. I can't believed this happened. How could this have happened?! Every one I know was voting for Hillary. What do I live in... a Fuc*ing bubble?"

Yes darling... you live in the bubble called Manhattan... New York City. A small bubble that is practically isolated from the rest of the country yet has 8.4 Million people.

Considering what happened in Turkey via Obama Trump should hire his own security, perhaps some x-blackwater mercs. The Hell's Angels would do it for free but SS doesn't allow leather chaps.

Just the TRUMP LEGEND already eclipses the meat. Can't be stopped , game over. Real human people 1 Globalists stick men zip 0

doesn't much matter what you, cnn or anyone else call it, it's over, he won yuge and people should get on with their lives. try to contribute, help out, help others, volunteer and support the new president.

or not, what do I care.
A constitution you say. It's just a piece of paper you've heard. What if the new president is a clear and present danger? Democratically empowered. What's the fix? Some sort of civil unrest up to and considering civil waar.
I think they're crazy enough. Examine the loosers. idiot twats by the hundred thousand, easily militarized to salvage the big onion.

If you can't believe you lost then you havn't yet. The Liberals will be bludgeoned beyond recognition in this upand running movement.

Actually it is exactly what would happen if we settled our votes for PM by popular vote ... which is the alternative to the electoral college.

So you are saying "electoral college" has to be "first past the post"? If so I retract my statement.

AS I've said before here more than once, if California was taken out of the equation, there is no way Hillary could have won.

So basically it is the blue areas of the US that will experience a run on the banks and a high number ox 'quiet exits' or as the movies would call it, 'running for the hills'. I hear the new Province of Hudson Bay is taking Taliban and USA Flight Risks on a no names basis, could be a rumor. Then again they have to go somewhere where they can't cause any more sh*t.

Even if he was a puppet somebody with some brains is pulling the strings for a change.

Now move that ahead to where Trump wins in the blue sections and the red strays the same and that will be the areas that see improvements. With Chillary it would be the blue sections only

Not even a connection......................totally irrelevant!
Thank you for the false news and the verification all in one short post. Your best is not that good.

Maybe the "Red" areas represent a lot of blue collar workers, while the "Blue" areas mainly represent the white collar criminals! Of course you'll find exceptions to the rule in both areas!

Its similar to FPTP but different. But each is an alternative to popular vote due to the inherent bias for heavily populated areas that popular vote systems have.

The only way Hillary would have won is by popular vote including CA and NYC.
