If you had told me 6 months ago that the Ontario Liberals were going to win yet another term in Ontario I would have said you were crazy.

This is coming from both the Ford and Elliot camlaigns. Announcement very shortly. I think they are going to confirm Ford.

Do you think Ford would be as concerned about the good of the electorate as he is about himself?

Maybe the NDP will be the beneficiary. Lots of people are going to vote anything but Liberal and lots of people are simply not going to be able to vote for Ford.

Orange Tide baby.

Walter isn't too Happy (he downvoted) that I linked to the G&M story about drug dealing Fords but it's all true.

When the truth about what scum the Fords were came out they said they'd sue but nothing happened-because it's the truth.

That is hard to say. After all the nonsense with his brother, he is going to have to watch himself. If elected, he would be the premier, and more people will be watching him.

Although the vote was close, it should be evident to everyone that he has a large following, primarily in Toronto. I hope that he takes advantage of the party advisors. He should also consider bringing Elliot on board. Give her a cabinet position.

I believe that he will do most of the right things. In Ontario, most of the right things is the best we can hope for. After years of Liberal mismanagement, some of the decisions the PCs will make won't be popular.

Which politician thinks more about the good of the electorate than themselves?

Some people here are suggesting a Ford minority .....

Maybe the same thing would happen as in BC and where the Liberals won a minority but the NDP and Greens defeated them on a budget and formed a government.

Walter downvotes The Truth Once Again!

Of course that doesn't tell us anything about Walter we didn't already know.

Expect the sibling rivalry between notley and horrible Horgan to so up in the Ontariowe election.
R The NDP is about to self destruct because of the rift between workers unions that support economic activity so long as it is unionized and government employees unions that don't want any economic activity but high taxes to support themselves.

...and all of that infighting out in Alberta is supposed to funnel into Ontario just in time for the election? If you asked Ontarians who the current Premier of Alberta is or who the party in power is there and probably around one in fifty might get it right.
