We should wait until the USA admits that they are involved with a CIVAL war. They have to work out who they want to blame for starting it, how are they going settle it, and if they are okay with old Donnie having complete immunity for all laws, then complete immunity should be given by Biden for anyone who does things to stop the civil war.
