I wouldn't worry about it, considering Mike Lee never had the balls to put on a uniform and take his chances.

So him threatening "war" is like the drama nerd threatening to beat up the hockey team.

Ever notice how candy-ass cowards love to use tough-guy metaphors?
indeed.

Using some of Trump's campaign points in her speech mainly about working class people

Trump: Warren's 'psychiatrist' knows whether she thinks she can win White House in 2020

Warren announced Monday she is filing paperwork to launch an exploratory committee for president, becoming the first candidate to take the major step toward a 2020 run for the presidency.
Fox News' Pete Hegseth asked Trump whether Warren really thinks she could make him a one-term president.
"Well, that I don't know," Trump responded. "You’d have to ask her psychiatrist."
Warren, a liberal firebrand who rose to prominence during the 2008 financial crisis, angered many top Democrats and Native American groups in October by releasing inconclusive DNA test results in response to Trump's claims that she repeatedly lied about her heritage to obtain affirmative-action benefits in the course of her academic career.
The Cherokee Nation responded to the results at the time by arguing that “a DNA test is useless to determine tribal citizenship.”
"Elizabeth Warren will be the first," Trump told Hegseth in the phone interview. "She did very badly in proving that she was of Indian heritage. That didn't work out too well."

Feds charge Ald. Edward Burke, allege wiretap on cellphone captures him in attempted extortion

Longtime Ald. Edward Burke, one of Chicago’s most powerful figures and a vestige of the city’s old Democratic machine, has often been considered too clever and sophisticated to be caught blatantly using his public office to enrich himself.

But after years of dodging investigations while watching dozens of his colleagues hauled off to prison, Burke has been accused of crossing the line himself — and doing so in a quintessential Chicago way.

A federal criminal complaint unsealed Thursday charged Burke with attempted extortion for allegedly using his position as alderman to try to steer business to his private law firm from a company seeking to renovate a fast-food restaurant in his ward. The charge carries a maximum of 20 years in prison on conviction.

The complaint also alleged Burke asked one of the company’s executives in December 2017 to attend an upcoming political fundraiser for "another politician." Sources identified the politician as Cook County Board President Toni Preckwinkle, who is running for Chicago mayor.

The Democrats are fragmenting. They will never be able to present a cohesive economic and cultural platform since their entire political philosophy is founded on a destructive sense of victimization and deep seated pessimism with respect to the human cause.

It is controlled by radical feminist, homosexual, eco-pagan factions that are deeply opposed to the Christian roots of Western Society. Notably they are opposed to family, to real scientific progress and, to human population.

They don't stand a chance against Trump and will almost certainly redouble there efforts to impose a catastrophic regime moral relativism, radical individualism, atheistic humanism all justified by a fabric of pseudo social and natural 'sciences'. They are done for. They just don't realize that history has turned on their fraudulent construct with a vengeance.

Whilst the Republicans now belong to Trump. As do you. You've abandoned your faith, your Western values, and your sense of decency. Which makes a body wonder how deep they were to begin with.

I don't seehow someone committed to some kind of cynical agnosticism (if not outright paganism) is the least bit qualified to make any judgements whatsoever on my faith.

And I don't belong to Trump. I see him as a useful iconoclast in dismantling the cultural and economic idols of modern society. Those to which you are so slavishly devoted.

Hoid's just another brick in nancY Pelosi's IMMORAL wall.

PHOTOS: Nancy Pelosi’s border wall around Napa Valley estate

The graphic accompanying her tweet called the wall a “symbol of hate.”
But what is the massive stone wall surrounding Pelosi’s property in Napa Valley a symbol of?

Cher Urges Democrats To End Shutdown

Cher has never shied away from expressing herself, including on social media. But the singer/actress turned a few heads on Wednesday when she urged Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi to give in to the demands of President Donald Trump.
First, the Oscar winner questioned where the president's so-called humanitarian crisis was one month or one year ago. Cher added that "this is political" but Trump, but that people are "really suffering" as the shutdown continues.
"HAVING SAID THATNANCY YOU ARE A HERO LET HIM HAVE HIS FKNG MONEYPPL WILL STARVE LOSE THEIR HOMES, B UNABLE 2 C DRS," the singer tweeted.
Hours later, Cher returned to Twitter with her signature caps lock and shorthand commentary, telling Democrats to stop the shutdown before Trump.
If Trump were to stop it first, Cher said, the president would be considered a hero and make Democrats look like "obstructionist swamp scum." She added that Trump "has no scruples" but that the president is "playing it right."
"UR PLAYING RIGHT IN2 HIS HANDS.HE’LL EAT UR LUNCH & STEAL UR LUNCH," Cher tweeted. "DONT DIE ON THIS HILL.HE STOPS AT NOTHING."
The tweets come a day after she criticized Trump for saying that Mexico will pay for the proposed wall on the U.S.-Mexico border during his nationally televised address on Tuesday.
The singer questioned how the wall will pay for itself given that it will require "billions of dollars in maintenance."
"Trump’ll LIE & SAY”ITS NEW SELF CLEANING WALL,FENCE, HEDGE,BAMBOO CURTAIN, IRON CURTAIN,CHINTZ CURTAIN,VENETIAN BLIND. STOP LYING &STOP THE FKNG SHUTDOWN NOW," Cher tweeted, before adding that SNAP, a federal program that provides monthly supplements for low-income individuals to purchase nutrient-rich food, should be restarted.
However, SNAP recipients will receive money through February thanks to the previous government funding bill, USDA Secretary Sonny Perdue said Tuesday. The bill allows federal agencies to honor payments for some programs 30 days after the expiration date, CBS News reports.
The funding bill expired on Dec. 21, but states will be able to process SNAP payments in January. Payments for February would not move forward unless a new funding bill is signed.
According to the Center on Budget and Policy Priorities, 42 million Americans received SNAP benefits in 2017. In September 2018, $4.7 billion was distributed via SNAP, with money going to all 50 states.
The USDA said that other food programs, including school meal programs and Women, Infants and Children program (WIC), will be funded through March.

Lawyer: Baltimore mayor to decide future once she's 'lucid'

In the latest image-tarnishing scandal for struggling Baltimore, investigators with the FBI and IRS have joined state and local probes of children's book deals that earned her roughly $800,000 over the years. She sold the self-published paperbacks to customers she could benefit as a government official, including a hospital network she helped oversee and a major health plan that does business with the city.
With her political alliances now crumbled, her lawyer insists the 69-year-old Pugh is in such a fragile state physically and so "extremely emotionally distraught" that she's simply not in a position to immediately make decisions about the future. Attorney Steven Silverman said Pugh has "several options" and will make some kind of decision, perhaps next week...……...much more in the link

Rep. Katie Hill resigns amid ethics probe

Freshman Rep. Katie Hill (D-Calif.), a rising star in the Democratic Party and a member of Speaker Nancy Pelosi's (D-Calif.) leadership team, said Sunday she is resigning from office amid allegations she had inappropriate sexual relationships with congressional and campaign staffers.
"It is with a broken heart that today I announce my resignation from Congress," Hill said in a statement. "This is the hardest thing I have ever had to do, but I believe it is the best thing for my constituents, my community, and our country."
The stunning development comes just four days after the House Ethics Committee launched an investigation into allegations that Hill, 32, had violated House rules by engaging in a sexual relationship with a staffer in her office.
Hill, who identifies as bisexual, had forcefully denied that allegation, though she admitted she had engaged in a relationship with a campaign staffer before she was elected to Congress. Hill last week apologized to her constituents for that dalliance, calling it "inappropriate."
House rules bar sexual relationships with office staff, but the prohibition does not extend to campaign aides.
The allegations of Hill's relationships first emerged in an Oct. 18 report on RedState, a conservative news site, and the Daily Mail followed with a similar story a few days later. Several nude photos of Hill were leaked to the publications, triggering the ethics complaint. Hill and her attorneys have said she is going through a messy divorce and that she is the victim of revenge porn by "an abusive husband."
Over the weekend, new reports emerged that Hill had paid a campaign aide she had been romantically involved with a $5,100 bonus.
In her lengthy statement, Hill suggested she was resigning to stop some of her supporters from being dragged through the mud.
"This is what needs to happen so that the good people who supported me will no longer be subjected to the pain inflicted by my abusive husband, and the brutality of hateful political operatives who seem to happily provide a platform to a monster who is driving a smear campaign built around cyber exploitation," Hill said.
"Having private photos of personal moments weaponized against me has been an appalling invasion of my privacy. It's also illegal. And we are currently pursuing all of our available legal options," she added.
The news, which shocked Washington, brings an abrupt end to the congressional career of a young Democrat who was already on a leadership trajectory and making a name for herself in the diverse caucus.
Hill flipped a Republican seat in last year's midterms, defeating then-Rep. Steve Knight (R-Calif.), and was elected to represent the large class of Democratic freshmen at Pelosi's leadership table along with Rep. Joseph Neguse (D-Colo.) She was also tapped as the vice chairwoman of the powerful House Oversight and Reform Committee, one of the three panels leading the Democrats' impeachment inquiry into President Trump.
Republicans already had been targeting Hill's seat this cycle, and her resignation will bolster their efforts. But California's 25th District - which includes parts of northern Los Angeles County and eastern Ventura County - has been trending bluer in recent cycles.
Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton won the district by more than 6 percentage points in the 2016 election. And Hill defeated Knight by nearly 9 percentage points in the 2018 Democratic wave election.
