No they dont and everybody in the US is covered.

Why do you think Drs and nurses flock to the US to work while we need to import Drs from Botswana and nurses from the Philippines?

I have family in the US who work in health care. They cant believe how shitty it is here.

Death rate is still lower.
4000 cases - 39 deaths.
80,000 cases - 1500 deaths.
It's about half the rate.
Unless I screwed up the math which is entirely possible.
You are chasing your tail.

All of Canada fits in 3 US cities. Miami, LA and NYC

Anecdotal evidence is the bestest.

Density has nothing to do with the death rate?

Reminder...was being obtuse why you were punted 7 years ago?

I was talking about the death rate per number of cases.

It appears to half that here.

Am I wrong?

Everyone is covered?? Covered equally?? Really???

The salaries for Physicians and nurses are better in the US. A few places are progressive and do incredible research. As in other thins.....it is a situation of extremes. You get the care that you can afford.

The quality of care is NOT determined by the nation one is from. If one is so biased......one had better not get sick.

So why are you trumpeting it like a drunken sports fan winning game 1 of a 7 game series?

I didn't. It was an observation that others responded to.

Was I correct with my numbers?

Maybe you have a theory as to why the death rate is half.

Yup. Everyone is covered. How do you think a gangbanger can get shot three times and be back on the streets slinging crack 10 days later?

Can you name a place in the US (other than Alaska) where you have to travel 500km for an MRI after waiting 2 weeks on a list?

We dont have equal coverage here and a big chunk of Canadians pay for insurance. How much do they ding you per month in BC for your "free health care"?

Re: COVIDD-19 'Pandemic'

When the US and Canada learned it was too late in early January, why werent you told it was too late to stop it? Would you have wanted to know? Would you tell everyone or try to mitigate outright panic?
lol The only thing BSing did was delay the panic. People still emptied store shelves and hoarded.

Finally hey?

BC is officially done with MSP premiums. It's 2020, and that means Medical Services Plan (MSP) premiums are a thing of the past for British Columbians. ... Previously, adults making more than $42,000 in 2017 needed to pay a $75 per month MSP premium.Jan 2, 2020

Re: COVIDD-19 'Pandemic'

Trump wanting to put troops on the Canadian Border..

#NoCanadian wants to enter the US. We have less than 4,000 cases, universal healthcare, and excellent measures in place to slow the spread. The US has a terribly crippled healthcare system, nearly 64,000 infected, and an idiot telling people to go back to work! Seriously Trump!!

2020 Is for Trump to lose, keep up these kind of shenanigans and will get the boot.
