Yup. Everyone is covered. How do you think a gangbanger can get shot three times and be back on the streets slinging crack 10 days later?

Can you name a place in the US (other than Alaska) where you have to travel 500km for an MRI after waiting 2 weeks on a list?

We dont have equal coverage here and a big chunk of Canadians pay for insurance. How much do they ding you per month in BC for your "free health care"?
$75 each for hubby and me.
One of my cousins in the States is paying over $400 per month and his is the cheapest of my relatives there.

Finally hey?

BC is officially done with MSP premiums. It's 2020, and that means Medical Services Plan (MSP) premiums are a thing of the past for British Columbians. ... Previously, adults making more than $42,000 in 2017 needed to pay a $75 per month MSP premium.Jan 2, 2020
Yes....that is right. It In reality , it was still NOT a lot of money for health care........when one considers how much it costs to perform the complex procedures etc.

So a working person in the US paying $90 a month for far better service is an outrage?

Canada has slightly better outcomes at roughly half the cost.

So those fancy ads I see on tv for cancer care in the states are open to just anyone off the street at no charge?

My neighbour and my wife's cousin are both nurses and they say the Canadian system is more equitable.

So Canadian nurses think its better?

Do we have fancy ads for fancy cancer facilities anyone can go to?

Move outside of a Canadian city and you wont find equitably.

They both worked in the US and one works in Sweden currently.

No, we all go to the same place.

My in laws live in South River Ont and they have no issues. My father in law had double knee replacement surgery and a nurse came to his cottage every day at no cost to him.
