Re: COVIDD-19 'Pandemic'

Be prepared for another depression just like the Hungry Thirties! I already started preparing for it, mentally. Does anyone know where Justin will get more money once the wad he's handing out now is spent? At some point soon we are going to have to start repaying it, or he'll have a triple E credit rating.

Re: COVIDD-19 'Pandemic'

Today’s news is outrageous. Justin Trudeau needs to explain why he sent 50,118 face shields, 1,101 masks, 1,820 goggles, 36,425 medical coveralls, 200,000 nitrile gloves and 3,000 aprons from Canada’s own government reserves overseas in February.

The government was repeatedly warned by medical experts and the World Health Organization to prepare for a COVID-19 outbreak. Now doctors and nurses across the country are facing urgent shortages of critical supplies. The Canadian Medical Association has reported that its members are even having to consider using expired items. No front-line healthcare worker should be put at risk because of a lack of personal protective equipment.

Justin Trudeau must immediately explain to Canadians:

• What impact this decision has on Canada’s reserve of critical personal protective equipment?
• How is the government going to immediately address the shortage of personal protective equipment to ensure that our front-line healthcare workers have the supplies they need to fight COVID-19?
• When can hospitals and front-line healthcare workers expect to receive critical supplies?

Since the beginning of this crisis, Conservatives have been focused on Canadians and getting them the support they desperately need. We are working hard to hold the government to account and will continue to ask tough questions about the government’s response to COVID-19. Protecting the health and safety of Canadians will remain our top priority.

- Andrew Scheer
But did you see that tweet from Trump ?

Re: COVIDD-19 'Pandemic'

actually the analogy fits. A viral attack that might be used as a weapon in the wrong hands.
It started in the wrong hands, they lied, we trusted, we got screwed, now millions will die.

I'm 60/40 on this being deliberate.

Who has the most to gain and who has the most to lose?

'I was at a hospital where there were a few corona virus patients and I shook hands with everybody' says Boris Johnson on March 3rd.

Well guess what?

He has it.

How about the ones regarding vaccines? I'll start with this one.

Trump looking to put troops near Canadian border amid coronavirus fears..
https://globalnews.ca/news/6735064/coronavirus-militarizing-canada-us-border/
Trudeau says he stopped him, but..?

He and Freeland are talking tough to the payed for Canadian Media, says they talked to US lawmakers, but they have not called Trump or his administration. I don't think by asking please don't make us look weak in the eyes of the world will work to good. If they stepped up and plugged the holes would Trump be siding with HS on this decision?

Then why was Trump mumbling something about steel dumping when asked about it?

Re: COVIDD-19 'Pandemic'

The USA has done it. America surpassed China today, with 15,000 new cases and counting. There are currently over 83,000 confirmed cases of COVID_19, and most likely over 500,000 unconfirmed cases.
Meanwhile, Canada appears to be doing a relatively good job of containing the virus. New cases peaked on Tuesday at just over 700, and seem to have plateau at 650 for the time being.
Canada has 4,000 cases of COVID-19 as of today.

That's going to happen when you use equipment that works and actually detects the virus unlike the Chinese equipment that is failing around the world.

Re: COVIDD-19 'Pandemic'

Which is a f*ck ton more than can be said of Prince Groper. He sent 16 tonnes of protective equipment to China that Canada is now suffering a serious shortage of, which is really f*cked considering most of that stuff is made if China. He didn't take it seriously, refused to close borders because it wasn't PC, told everyone that the virus was "low risk", and then when his wife tested positive the first thing the little f*ck does is try to make a power grab. The govt is even contemplating using cell phone data to make sure people are maintaining their "social distance".
So our lovely PM has gone from, "it's no biggie", to trying to go full dictator. Govt invasion of privacy and an attempt at making Parliament pointless. The voters didn't give him a majority govt this time so he's trying to use the "crisis" to give him the power of a majority govt without Parliamentary restraint.
Ford may take a lot of flak, a lot of which is just whiny leftist nonsense, but in this case he's shown that when shit gets real, he's far more reliable and far more of a leader than the idiot man-child in Ottawa.

I just heard about the 16 tonne donation yesterday, and Girth says PJT is doing a great job, pfft
