What I'm hearing, is immunity is good for maybe 2 months, then you can catch it again.
Same with the vaccine they just developed. It produced a solid immune response that lasted about 2 months.

If this is the one that was on the news a few days back my wife says it is actually a serum, not a vaccine. Have to quiz her more on the difference but she says people confuse the two regularly.

Rules are meant to be broken. We are not having any problems on the Island except for an imported case. People are out and about doing their jobs mostly without being stupid about it. The problems all seem to be imported, not locals so if no one in the community has any illness and they all get together no one is magically going to get sick.

One slight problem, that disease can appear on a minute's notice. Just because you don't feel sick, it doesn't mean you don't have it. I realize there is probably 999 out of a thousand chances you don't, but people with compromised immune systems like thousands of seniors on Vancouver Island can not take that chance.
