I had a friend at work that never read magazines or books ..
One time I asked him to read some instructions to me while I was adjusting some mechanical controls, and what he was reading didn't make sense.
That's when he told me he had some type of dyslexia, I forget what type he called it. he could understand what he was reading in his head but would come out all wrong in speach.
I was thinking that maybe that's what Trump has.... or something similar....

Beijing has rapidly activated its response:
– travel from Beijing suspended w/out test
– lockdown in high risk areas (no clarity yet on essential reasons/worker exemptions)
– work from home encouraged across Beijing
Schools are being suspended as well.
