That's all? A relative of mine has 4.5 Million and a plaque to prove it.I love all these professional drivers opinions with a million logged miles under their belts..

Nope. The plaque is for safe driving from the CTA. He drove for 58 years. You're still waaaaay behindReally... so he drives ILLEGAL then..
Figure it out buddy.. 25 years behind the wheel..
So, what should the fine be for driving 40 percent higher than the posted speed in less than ideal conditions?

You still stuck on less than Ideal conditions.. B.S.
So what was the weather on Nov 28th.. back up your B.S. If it was 2C, or 5C there would be no snow. 10:00AM city streets are warmer then night.. most ice or snow would have already melted. From that pic looks like the "City Streets" are pretty bare.
Time to go out and shoot that dam camera.. later.
Actually, going to the Cat House. Wife is in Mexico right now for 3 months.. When the cats away the mice will play.![]()

Phone him, I'll PM you the number.
58 years... hum o.k. maybe.. but still wary on those stats.. there was a time when there was no log books.. so maybe.
Spade does not deserve a reply like that.
Photo radar is bullsh!t. Cut and dry. Another skirt around due process.

I'd like to know if the Camera operator will be in court, am I not allowed to face my accuser? The right to due process guarantees anyone accused of a crime the right to face their accuser. When you are accused of violating the law based on a picture who is your accuser? When a police officer gives you a ticket, that ticket is thrown out if the officer does not show up at your hearing. I believe the reason for this is because without the officer the accused can not question there accuser as to the accuracy of what they have been accused of.
The same holds true for speed camera tickets. Who does the accuse have to face in order to question what they have been accused of?
Was the camera calibrated, and when was it last calibrated, other questions like that.
Just say'in..

And yet people slow down because theyre there. How does it skirt due process exactly?
City Hall and RPS here recently opted to not go with photo radar but I heard they are adding more red light cameras come spring.Maybe photo traffic cam''s have improved their revenue stream to increase their staffing
in more recent years though. Just say'n....
You do have the ability to face and question your accuser in a court of law as you would if a ticket was issued by a police officer.
And I've driven around Alberta and looking at all the wreckage on the side of the roadways I'd say photo radar is only accomplishing one thing. Generating revenue. That's it.
