and you know what you can do too. He's a hypocrite and refuses to admit his hypocrisy. Both him and CJ both state unequivocally that the entire Bible is the word of God, yet they dance around books like Leviticus. CJ has even had the gall to tell me to stop looking at Leviticus and stop bringing it up. I, at least state up front that I don't follow every book, nor do I think they are all "God's word".

As for me not being a Christian, no one on this earth has the authority to make that decision or statement. There is only one that can make that decision. I am far from perfect, but I am a little better each day/week/month/year. I will never be perfect in this life. I can only do what I can do with Christ's help. I get chastised regularly for taking the easy way out and falling back on my old ways.

There are somethings that are taught/preached that are out right lies. One being that only "true Christians" will "go to heaven" and everyone else will be "cast into hell". One question will be asked. "Do you believe in me now?" Welcome my Son/Daughter". Our Father will not forsake us. Christ's death on the cross ensured that.
I don't think much of your religion, gerryh. You know that. But from what I've seen on this board, both agreeing with you and fighting with you, you're as good a Christian as anybody here, and better'n most. Ain't exactly polite, but I don't recall Jesus saying you had to be. You're honest, straightforward, and even if you are a mite surly, I can't remember you ever wishing anybody harm.

Internet board ain't much of a way to judge a man (you hear me, cj and motar?), but I ain't seen anything that'd make me not want you as a neighbour.

He's a she, Gerry.

And she takes issue with two things:
1) ascribing beliefs to another based upon personal bias/presumption
2) claiming Christ and dishonoring Him with misconduct

The first issue can be avoided by asking others about their beliefs rather than presuming and telling them what they believe.
The second issue is really the first issue as a genuine relationship with God in Christ will eliminate the first issue.

What you say about sanctification is absolutely true. Christians are works in progress.

Your reticence towards the Bible is puzzling.

For my sister Motar, Gerry, and distant Christian cousins.

Matthew 27:54 The Roman centurian.
"Truly, he was a son of a god." (Vero, filius dei erat)

I understand all that, Gerry, I just disagree with telling a misguided Christian, "fu ck you"!

No, you implied I was not a Christian because of what I said, and I'm beyond tired of small minded di ckheads, like yourself, telling me what I am and am not.

Do you submit to the authority of your husband?

Do you mean to ask "Do I let him drive?", Cliffy? I do. He likes to drive. I like to navigate and look out the window. It's a mutually-beneficial arrangement. What I mean to say is that we submit to one another in the Spirit of Christ. (Ephesians 5:21 NIV)

Gerry,
1. I have never said you are not a Christian.
2. Regarding Leviticus - As I recall, I admonished you to stay out of Leviticus in an effort to direct you toward the gospel message.
3. You mention that "only one question will be asked. do you believe in me now"? I disagree with your opinion on the doctrine of salvation.

We have a difference of opinion Gerry. This is a forum - there are MANY different opinions.

I hear you T-Bones. Well...actually, What? Did you want to say something specifically to me? I came home late and wandered on to this fiesty forum.
