Brownies rather than smoke if the whole body is the target. Inhaling smoke is still cutting off O2 and holding your breath a while helps the transfer. Tea is also a good substitute but it may stain your teeth so extra abrasive toothpaste might be needed. I don't think that would send anybody screaming and then running from the room.

Tea colors the teeth more than cigarettes do; although many smokers are tea drinkers also.

Concerning Leukemia and cancer in general: there have been many medical drugs as anti-cancerous but in fact not that successful.

The truth is such cancers are not known what they are .. it is in fact unknown what it is and how it acts .. so as to know how to treat it in the correct way .. it is like treating the bacterial diseases before knowing what the bacteria is and then what the antibiotics are.

So before discovering the bacteria and the antibiotics .. no one knew how to treat it and what it is.

The situation now concerning the cancer is similar.

That's not science. That's hearsay. If it works for you, okay.

I'm married to a witch doctor who prefers folk cures.

We don't ever use the word "placebo" under this roof.

Placebo is what we call prescription drugs in our house. Cause it ain't meant yo cure you just make you a customer for life.

Maybe, but marijuana is addictive, can cause lung cancer, and has other negative aspects too. If a physician prescribes it to someone for him to take it for medicinal purposes, that's one thing. But to take it recreationally is something else entirely.

You gotta get some new reading material. And quit watching Reefer Maddness. It is not a training video.

You can't kill the cancer until you find and treat the underlying problem. Cancer is not a disease it is a symptom. WHether it is stress, bad diet or bad environment, physical or mental that has to change first.

How Do US Vaccine Rates, Policies And Children’s Health Compare To Other Countries?

The United States has higher vaccination rates than any other country. The US also has very high infant mortality rates. American children experience epidemic levels of chronic diseases including autism, attention deficit disorder, learning disabilities, autoimmune disorders, asthma, epilepsy and allergies. [1, 2]
If vaccinations were so effective in improving the health of children, why do the statistics not bear this out? In fact, the opposite has been shown to be true. Increasing vaccination rates are correlated with growth in diseases for our children.

Going by that logic why don't we return to the standards of the pre-20th Century and see what happens? According to your thinking the rate of contagious diseases should go down.

Perhaps this study has a better explanation. Please note nothing in the report blames vaccines.

Non-Marijuana Plants That Contain Cannabinoids

Some marijuana strains like Hash Plant have a peppery taste and aroma. The reason for this? They contain high levels of a particular terpene called beta-caryophyllene (BCP). A terpene is an aroma molecule that’s found in plant essential oils. Unsurprisingly, this distinct flavor is also found heavily in black pepper.

Fairly recently it was discovered that BCP actually functions as a cannabinoid. Like many of the other plant compounds listed in this article, BCP has a binding affinity with the CB2 receptor. Research has suggested that the anti-inflammatory compounds of this terpene make it therapeutically valuable for treating conditions like arthritis and osteoporosis. Other research has indicated that BCP can increase the efficacy of anticancer drugs. Though, these trials are preliminary and not conclusive.

These are just a few plants that have been found to engage with the endocannabinoid system. A couple others include Peruvian maca and Chinese rhododendron. As research continues, there are sure to be many more.

The cannabis plant paved the way for the discovery of the endocannabinoid system in our bodies. Now botanists and natural scientists are finding that cannabinoid-like molecules in plants are more prevalent than first realized. All of the plants listed above have valuable therapeutic properties. Many of them have been used as traditional medicines for centuries. We’re only just beginning to understand why they’ve proven to be so useful.

Oddly enough the old recipes for marijuana tea contained pepper, which is also recommended to make things like turmeric tea more potent because of the action of the pepper.

From a shaker, fresh, BTW...
:)
tastes great!

They should make cancer illegal too, but they can't because they are making too much money from it.

Opium death is exceeding alcohol driving deaths lately, and the US has the most prisoners (laborers?) in jail too.
Let's make the war in Afghanistan and private opiate companies and private prisons illegal too.

If it ever comes out that illness is a goal the elite use on the public all the time the shit, their shit specifically, will hit the fan.
Now about the rights hospitals on Reservations have over other hospitals, would include what kind of 'tea' is available and what kind of products are used for 'cleaning'? Those old abandoned cars (out of gas maybe) could be a 'out-patient' look for a patient who still likes people and is not a resident of the Rez.
Nice to see hemp being mentioned rather than being pushed into the shadows.

In what is being heralded as a breakthrough for cancer research, GW Pharmaceuticals announced on Tuesday positive results from a study using a combination of cannabidiol and tetrahydrocannabinol to treat an aggressive form of brain cancer.

Glioblastoma multiforme, or GBM is a “particularly aggressive brain tumor, with a poor prognosis,” according to the British-based biopharmaceutical company focused on developing proprietary cannabinoid medicine.

According to the study, patients with documented recurrent GBM treated with THC:CBD had an 83 percent one year survival rate compared with 53 percent for patients taking a placebo

Said Professor Susan Short, principal investigator of the study:
“The findings from this well-designed controlled study suggest that the addition of a combination of THC and CBD to patients on dose-intensive temozolomide produced relevant improvements in survival compared with placebo and this is a good signal of potential efficacy. Moreover, the cannabinoid medicine was generally well tolerated. These promising results are of particular interest as the pharmacology of the THC:CBD product appears to be distinct from existing oncology medications and may offer a unique and possibly synergistic option for future glioma treatment.”
The company has received Orphan Drug Designation from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and the European Medicines Agency (EMA) for THC:CBD in the treatment of glioma.

GW Pharmaceutical’s glioma research demonstrates that THC and CBD appear to act via distinct signalling pathways. The combined administration of the two major cannabinoids led to a synergistic reduction in the viability of U87MG glioma cells when compared to the administration of each cannabinoid individually.

Studies of patients with high-grade gliomas showed that headache was the most common initial presenting symptom. These headaches can be persistent lasting more than six months and are often associated with other symptoms, including seizures, visual disturbances, cognitive impairment and nausea and vomiting depending on the location and growth rate of the tumor.

An 11-year-old boy who was dying from severe epilepsy has not had any seizures for 300 days since being prescribed a medical marijuana product.

Billy Caldwell, whose intractable epilepsy means he cannot get help through medication or diet, began treatment with cannabis oil in the US, where medical marijuana is legal, in 2016.

His prescription was transferred to his local GP, Brendan O’Hare, in Northern Ireland, and Billy became the first person to receive a prescription for medical marijuana in the UK.

He also takes a compound called tetrahydrocannabinolic acid (THCA), which is illegal in the UK due to its links with the psychoactive effects of cannabis.

His mother, Charlotte Caldwell, said Billy used to suffer up to 100 seizures per day, has now not had a single seizure for 300 days. Ms Caldwell said the cannabis oil has also improved his autism, for example, better eye contact and engagement with books and toys.

But that THCA must be manufactured by some evil corporation, so did your head explode yet?

When Oncologists at Princess Margaret Hospital start prescribing it, I will believe it.
I talked to 2 oncologists from different hospitals.

Both in their 40's.

One said there maybe something to it and it won't hurt to try it.

The other bristled at the idea and said it's good for nausea and pain relief but not to replace manufactured drugs for other purposes..........

Not everything is a conspiracy.

If this is true, pot smokers won't get leukemia, but oddly enough, they do.

That's the key reason. Pot "smokers".

Ingestion is a whole different ball game but I agree, weed is not a miracle drug that cures or treats everything from cancer to athletes foot.

A's soon as the doctors start getting kickbacks from Big Pharma they will prescribe it. And a soon as Big Pharma gets a lock on supply that will happen.

Is that like how "big oil" bought the patents for 1000mpg carburetors and still hide those patents even though fuel injection has replaced the carburetor?

I bet it's Monsanto.

Monsanto is a huge backer of the UofS.

Wait. . . they studied groundbreaking? What'd they do, watch a bunch of backhoes at work?
You don't get invited to many of those do you?? A golden shovel is the usual tool in play on that day.

I bet it's Monsanto.

Monsanto is a huge backer of the UofS.
Might explain why pot has plants that do not produce good seeds while hemp still has enough seeds to replicate itself 1,000 times per plant. Monsanto is famous for producing plant that cannot replicate themselves, need I say more??
