You should know that there's a typographical error both on the first page at that link and on the first page of the petition that seriously damages its credibility. Quite apart from the fact that there's no credible scientific evidence, despite what the petition claims, suggesting explosives were used to bring down the buildings.

I'll sign the petition. Hell, think of the entertainment value. We spend a billion on the CBC every year and all we get is crap like "Little Mosque on the Prairie". I'd not only watch it, I'd buy the 675 DVD box set and relive the hilarity over and over again.

We took it out to the January Truth Action lastnight in Ottawa. The response was quite good, 13 signatures in roughly 1 hour. It was quite cold too, people were up for it.

This event has been investigated to death. Is there any point in requiring Canadian taxpayers to pay for an investigation into an incident that has already been satisfactorily explained?
If Geraldo did a segment on it, it has then lost its credibility.
The other question I have is, if I refuse to sign it am I then

Geraldo did two segments on it. In the first one he took a position similar to yours, that the 9/11 truth movement were not credible. However, recently he has come forward as a supporter of the 9/11 truth movement based on Tower 7 and the work of AE 911 Truth. Its also important because this on Fox, and not just underground media.
The CBC also has reported on this on the Fifth Estate, so in fact, this is a different issue than just another conspiracy theory. All other conspiracy theories get no similar media, and do not have a global movement of supporters and researchers. Why would that be?

A true engineerig point of view as to why the lower structures failed in those three buildings. The information gained from a proper investigation could eliminate another building somewhere falling down from fire.
An investigation that seperates the terror attack from stuctural failure makes plenty of sense considering one was never done.
What does scientific evidence mean to you? Just the instances of coincidence alone would spark further investigation by credible science. So you're afraid of any deeper investigation that may derail an agenda that you support. There can be no other reason for you to hesitate conducting such investigations excepting shielding the traitors.

Actually it has never occured before that a steel framed high rise building has collapsed due to fire.

Lower 70-80 floors were never designed to support the weight of the floors above them from collapsing down upon them. Simple as that, what would an answer possibly change, would it be worth the cost, we already have redesigned new buildings.
It didn't collapse due to fire. Fire was but one factor. Why do conspiracy enthusiasts always omit facts that get in the way of what the want to believe.
