Investigations get results that people who want investigations won't accept, which leads to more investigations until the result you want comes up. All you're proposing is spending millions (that's how government investigations go) for the same things as you know right now.
Even if there was an investigation and proven to be allowed to happen or created internally, what would be done? What would change?
I think it will be a big waste of money to have Canada investigate but have at it.
We all know 9/11 Hobbyists want the investigation to say the Joos and Bush did it. Anything else is unacceptable.

In science, truth is not dependent on one's perspective. The same goes for law. I'm certain that 911 Truth activists would be satisfied as long as the new investigation follows established scientific and legal principles. In fact, if this had been done the first time there likely would be no 911 truth movement. So, there is a big benefit here.
