In practical defined terms, exactly what does climate change mean?.. How is it measured, other than a temp gauge and precisely, how do they attribute those changes to humanity?
PS - who is the 'they' that sit in the position to determine what is, and what isn't climate change?
It's supposed to be really important... yet when it comes down to it... THEY aren't really getting ready for IT?

But it is not just Canada, right here in Boston and coastal Massachusetts... They aren't doing anything but building more buildings up to the water and houses right up to the shoreline.
No high sea walls, no restriction on waterfront construction... tis puzzling!
In BC carbon taxes appear to be going into seismic issues far more than climate change.
