I would not buy a power tool that plugs into the wall anymore. Corded tools are relics because battery technology has improved so much.

The computer has broken all time constraints. What might have taken 100 years can now be accomplished in a day.

The sale of extension-cords suffered, shop tools will always be corded once you get past the 'hand tool classification. Perhaps that is the route you should go. manual screw-driver recharges all on it's own, and the more you use it the less often it need to be charged.
Throw the breaker at the vert top of the box that holds the breakers and get back to me in a week and let me know how it went.

No they aren't abandoning coal , there is nothing about shutting down coal mining . We will still see daily 150 cars coal trains rumbling through the Fraser Valley to the coal port at Roberts Bank .
