Here are some interesting things about this budget that should be considered.
The present government is over spending on average close to 44 billion a year.
The present government has a debt pileup since taking office of over 88 billion.
The present government has hired over 40 thousand more people since coming to power
The present government is laying off 19 thousand of them.

It should be pointed out that number will add considerable more people to hte unemployment
roles. here is why. When decisions are made at the government level the calculation is around
a multiplier of 7 according to people have spoken to who used to calculate these kinds of things.
for example when determining and unemployed rate for a community they took the number
of government workers in that area and multiplied it by 7 to get a clearer picture.
If you use that figure, it would mean a reduction of a lot more jobs in the workforce, and it
would vary in different parts of the country.

This government is really cutting its own over spending.
The other problem they are having is the looming bill for prisons. Criminal offences are actually
decreasing yet these folks are going to build more prisons to add to the debt and deficit.
In California that State spent 9 plus billion on prisons and 5.8 billion on education.
One state has built one university and 27 prisons in the last two decades according to GPS
on CNN. If this is where we are headed the problem with finances will get worse in coming years
not better. This budget is an exercise in hiding the excesses of the present government and
little more that is why it is such a disappointment

Yep, there are wiser, cheaper, and more productive methods of punishment than prison. Prisons should be reserved for those who are a dangerous physical threat, pedophiles and people who scam seniors. For thugs like Monty Robinson the lash is ideal. For other less nefarious types, community work, picking up garbage, maintaining the environment etce.

Weak budget.....if you can't take care youself perhaps you should crawl in a corner and die. Not sure why people who work hard should pay for those that don't.

You should move to Zimbabwe, seems it would be a better fit for your views. You won't have much luck convincing other Canadians that your views are just.

No, of course not.
However I would not force someone to give.
I give a full 30% of my meager icome to the those in need but it is me who decides....not the government.
I wish I could decide for my entire income....perhaps as we shift towards personal responsablility we will achieve this.
And your comment

Who are the deiteits that Christians have jumped on to my friend.
I am open to your thoughts as long as they don't embrace the Godless Muslims and atheists which I won't signify with a capitlal.
And this means???
Defend all against Islam...the true Godless except of course the atheists.
One day, with the faith of us all, the US with defeat Islam once and for all and then move towards atheists to free us from the shackels of satan.
God Bless you for your work,.

Well we know who those people are now do we not?

I wouldn't know as I wouldn't want to speak for others. What I do know is that CB has admitted to being a hypocrite. It really makes you wonder why he gets so uppity when I reaffirm the fact.

Can you provide proof?

Of your claim.

There are three sentences there.

I wouldn't know as I wouldn't want to speak for others.
Can you prove to me what you want? Can anybody?

What I do know is that CB has admitted to being a hypocrite.

The proof is in the pages of this forum. As I've said numerous times to CB, I have no intention of searching back through to forum to prove the blatantly obvious. I'm far too lazy for that.

You're gonna lose on this one as CB has admitted to being a hypocrite and a bigot at times.

Well I will take your word for it. But I would hazard a guess that would be a hypocrite with a small h and bigot with a very small b and rare at that.
