So, what's the opposite of 'denier'??? If someone isn't a 'denier', what are they?

He had his opportunity to answer you Ron, notice how he ignored it completely? It might also be because you're a mod. He seems to have a problem with them.

you dullard! I've not been on the board since earlier today... get a life, hey!

So, what's the opposite of 'denier'??? If someone isn't a 'denier', what are they?

you're an......... acceptor! Ya, you're an acceptor! Or you're a proponent... ya, you're a proponent!

the whole "denier is a slag" routine is so old! It's simply a label; I certainly don't apply any pejorative attachment to it... and I've said that several times now. If you deny it's warming... you're a denier. If you deny the principal causal tie to the relatively recent warming is anthropogenic sourced CO2... you're a denier. If you deny an increase in certain types of extreme weather can/has been attributed to increased warming... you're a denier, etc., etc., etc. Big deal... it's a label, nothing more.

Barely one. Time doesn't permit at this point. I swat spam and ask questions.

tell me, do you consider posting nothing but drywall pics spam... and if not, why not? Tell me, do you consider posting nothing but furry rabbit pics spam... and if not, why not? Tell me, there's a CC rule summation that speaks to not using inflammatory language and not insulting other members... and yes, I've been suckered into like responding to the insults and inflammatory language thrown my way. Is there a particular reason why CC board moderation continues to turn a blind-eye to this overt use of insult and inflammatory language by multiple CC members? Is there a reason that one of the CC moderators actively engages in perpetuating this use of insult and inflammatory language?

dance petros, dance!

This globul warming has kinda become boring....except for walter,s help, waldo hasn't had any credibility left for a while now, and if he hadn't dug to five threads up this morning we might never see a globul warming thread on the front page again...
Well there's still Flossy.....but compared to waldo's fanaticism.................

nice try! I don't initiate posts... all my posts are in direct response to the BS you deniers continue to trot out! Suggest you look at who is actually posting to bring these threads forward... it ain't me! However, I will certainly respond to the crap C&P wizardry from the likes of member Locutus... from his ready-reach go-to denier blogs and twitter fees! The guy's a freaking machine with his posts!

No I'm not, but you have your head so far up the alarmists a$$ you can't see anything except what they tell you.

unlike you and your clubhouseBRO denier crew, I actually check the veracity of things I come upon. You guys simply accept anything... blindly accept it! Your stable of "experts" are nothing but charlatan bloggers who do no actual science, no research, don't publish a damn thing... and they typically have absolutely no related education background. Yet they're your EXPERTS! The ones you lap up and haven't the wherewithal to actually check on the BS they're trotting out, day in, day out!

And the developing world is the one that would feel the effects of climate change most significantly?

Hello?

Where did you come up with that crap?

You never read a lick of what you linked to did you?

The choices by the Argentine-born pontiff reflect his efforts to rebalance a College of Cardinals toward the developing world, where Catholicism is growing faster than in Europe and the U.S. The names also demonstrate the pope’s support for prelates with pastoral experience in smaller dioceses and for those coping with violence, migration and poverty

Hello indeed.

Hello?

So we should give money... well there it is and what it has always been about... wealth distribution.

No wonder why the Pope is on-board... an opportunity to get western developed nations to give to under developed nations.

That's what it is about.

How true. They will have so many problems deciding how best to squander all the billions we are supposed to give them.

And the ocean is rising on their shores.

Around here... not at all. lol

I'm sure wealth distribution is a symptom of many different problems, but simply redistributing will not resolve climate change.

Who are you talking to?

I've never said wealth distribution is the solution to climate change.

It may be a side effect of reducing emissions, but it has never been the focal point.
