For it being a quagmire the US is sure hot to take over for Russia and Syria. This vid shows how truly demented the US is.

4:12 PM EDT- 21 September 2016 -- A Russian military vessel in the coastal waters off of Syria, targeted and destroyed a "foreign operations center" killing several American, Israeli, and Turkish Military officers. "Russian warships fired Kaliber rockets onto the command posts of the terrorists in western Aleppo, where Turkish, Saudi, Israeli, UK, and US officers are deployed to aid their operations," Sputnik News Agency reported on Tuesday.
Been reading in other places online that US Special Forces are embedded with terrorist groups in Syria. This is beyond horrible!
The Russian warships stationed in Syria's coastal waters targeted and destroyed a foreign military operations room, killing over two dozen Israeli and western intelligence officers.
"The Russian warships fired three Kaliber missiles at the foreign officers' coordination operations room in Dar Ezza region in the Western part of Aleppo near Sam'an mountain, killing 30 Israeli and western officers," the Arabic-language service of Russia's Sputnik news agency quoted battlefield source in Aleppo as saying on Wednesday.
The operations room was located in the Western part of Aleppo province in the middle of sky-high Sam'an mountain and old caves. The region is deep into a chain of mountains.
Several US, Turkish, Saudi, Qatari and British officers were also killed along with the Israeli officers. The foreign officers who were killed in the Aleppo operations room were directing the terrorists' attacks in Aleppo and Idlib.
Earlier in September, the Syrian army units launched a preemptive strike on the terrorists of the so-called Aleppo Operations Room in their gathering centers near Castello road in the Northern areas of Aleppo and Mallah farms, foiling their plots to attack the region's supply route, a source said.
The source said that the army's artillery units attacked the terrorists' gathering centers near Castello and Mallah farms in Zahra Abdo Rabbah, Kafar Hamra and Hurayatyn which killed and wounded dozens of militants.

Missiles rained down on rebel-held areas of Syria's Aleppo on Friday, causing widespread destruction that overwhelmed rescue teams, as the army prepared a ground offensive to retake the city.
Nearly 30 civilians including several children were killed and dozens wounded in the raids by Russian warplanes and regime aircraft, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights, a Britain-based monitoring group, said.
The intensity of the bombardment, which included artillery barrages and barrel bombings by helicopters, brought new misery to the estimated 250,000 civilians besieged by the army.
The escalation came after U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry failed to reach an agreement with Russian counterpart Sergei Lavrov on terms to salvage a failed ceasefire.
Asked by reporters at the United Nations whether the truce could be reinstated, Lavrov simply said: "You should ask the Americans."
A U.S. official told AFP that no Kerry-Lavrov meeting had yet been scheduled for Friday, "but that could change."
An AFP journalist in rebel-held east Aleppo reported relentless air raids and artillery fire overnight and Friday morning.

Almost 48 hours after a deadly attack on an aid convoy in Syria that killed about 20 civilians, Russia still furiously denies its jets or Syrian regime planes were responsible.
Here is what we know about Monday's attack that forced the U.N. to suspend its aid deliveries inside the war-torn country:
- What happened? -
Trucks carrying food and medical equipment from the United Nations and other agencies were unloading aid into a warehouse in Orum al-Kubra, a town in Aleppo province.
Jens Laerke, a spokesman for the U.N. humanitarian agency (OCHA) in Geneva, said: "Every single partner or party to the conflict" was informed in advance about the delivery.
According to the Red Cross, the first report that the trucks and warehouse had been hit came at 8:15 pm (1715 GMT), several hours after the Syrian army had declared an end to a week-long partial ceasefire.
It said "around 20 civilians" had been killed, among them volunteers, as well as Syrian Arab Red Crescent (SARC) staffer Omar Barakat.
Pictures of the convoy published on Twitter by SARC showed several of the trucks draped with blue flags from UNICEF, the U.N. children's agency.

The U.N. said Friday it was considering a different route to send desperately needed aid to east Aleppo, to circumvent the blocked main supply route as new air raids pounded Syria's second city.
"We are trying to see by all means available how we can reach east Aleppo," Jens Laerke, spokesman for the U.N. humanitarian agency OCHA, told reporters in Geneva.
He said the lack of access to the estimated 250,000 residents of rebel-held east Aleppo amid renewed air strikes and fighting was "tragic."
The U.N. had hoped to send aid from Turkey and along the key Castello Road into east Aleppo, militarily encircled since early July.
As part of the now broken ceasefire pact agreed between the U.S. and Russia, the U.N. had expected assurances that the Castello Road would be clear and safe.
But those assurances have not come, and the Syrian army has announced a new offensive aimed at retaking all of the divided second city, with Syrian and Russian aircraft pounding the area on Friday.
"What has been happening in Aleppo is not a situation where you can confidently say, yes we can confidently drive a humanitarian aid convoy into that carnage," Laerke said, describing the situation as "grim."

Commenting on the push of US Secretary of State John Kerry to introduce a no-fly zone for Russian and Syrian aviation in Syria, Iranian President explained why the idea has little sense for the improvement situation on the ground, while former British diplomat and MI6 agent Alastair Crooke suggested what might be a real purpose behind it.
Iranian President Hassan Rouhani stated that a no-fly zone in Syria will serve to only strengthen foreign-sponsored terrorists in Syria.
"A no-fly zone (in Syria) will benefit terrorists, who have everything expect for military aircraft," Al-Masdar News quoted Rouhani as saying during a presser after his speech at the 71st United Nations General Assembly session in New York on Thursday,. "They have mortar shells, tanks, missiles and armored personnel carriers. They have cannons and artillery batteries but no warplanes. The creation of a no-fly zone is not the right step. This is an ill-advised suggestion," the Iranian president added. This view was echoed by Alastair Crooke, who is also the founder and director of the Conflicts Forum, an organization that advocates for engagement between political Islam and the West.
