BTW Trudie's coming greta reset and 2030 agenda:

  1. “You’ll own nothing” — And “you’ll be happy about it.”
  2. “The U.S. won’t be the world’s leading superpower”
  3. “You won’t die waiting for an organ donor” — They will be made by 3D printers
  4. You’ll eat much less meat” — Meat will be “an occasional treat, not a staple, for the good of the environment and our health.”
  5. “A billion people will be displaced by climate change” – Soros’ Open Borders
  6. “Polluters will have to pay to emit carbon dioxide” – “There will be a global price on carbon. This will help make fossil fuels history”
  7. “You could be preparing to go to Mars” — Scientists “will have worked out how to keep you healthy in space.”
  8. “Western values will have been tested to the breaking point.” – “Checks and balances that underpin our democracies must not be forgotten”

Say...generally white people don't eat black meat, but do black people eat white meat?

Stolen White fish would never make the news. Effes up the narrative.

In any case I would just be careful of anything battered...might be someone's pet...or wife.

Ps: do you know the taste of dog meat well enough to tell the difference?

I had to ask.
Do you need a few days alone?

NEW YORK — A misdemeanour charge was dropped on Tuesday against a white New York City woman who became an internet video sensation last spring when she falsely claimed a Black man threatened her in Manhattan’s Central Park, her lawyer said.

Amy Cooper was arraigned in New York in October on a charge of falsely reporting an incident in the third degree, a misdemeanour punishable by up to one year in jail. Prosecutors said she also falsely accused the man of trying to assault her.

After “a thorough & honest inquiry,” the charge was dismissed, attorney Robert Barnes said on Twitter.

“Others rushed to the wrong conclusion based on inadequate investigation & they may yet face legal consequences,” Barnes added.

The now famous incident erupted when Cooper took her dog to New York’s Central Park last May, and a birdwatcher, Christian Cooper (no relation) asked her to follow park rules and put the dog on a leash.

“I’m going to call the cops,” Amy Cooper tells Christian Cooper on a video. “I’m going to tell them there’s an African-American man threatening my life.”

The New York Post reported that Manhattan Assistant District Attorney Joan Illuzzi-Orbon said a judge granted prosecutors’ request to dismiss the case against Cooper after she completed five therapy sessions “designed for introspection and progress.”

Video of the incident, which was viewed more than 30 million times by the next day, drew outrage, coming on the heels of several other widely seen incidents of white people calling police on Black people without cause.

The widely viewed incident occurred on May 25, the same day George Floyd, a Black man, died on a Minneapolis street while his neck was under the knee of a white police officer, sparking nationwide street demonstrations against racism and police use of excessive force against Black people.

You're terrified, boy. Cuz corporate America's embrace of non-White and multiracial and LGBTQ couples and families is the death of your "philosophy."

Who invents things, who copies inventions and who neither invents nor is capable of copying

Why are whites good at inventing things, Asians good at copying those inventions and Africans good at neither of those things?

A manager at Amazon.com Inc sued the online retailer for discrimination on Monday, saying it hires Black people for lower positions and promotes them more slowly than white workers, and that she was subjected to harassment.

The lawsuit from Charlotte Newman, a business development head at Amazon Web Services who is Black, said the company suffers from a “systemic pattern of insurmountable discrimination,” despite its pledge to fight racism and statements of solidarity from Chief Executive Officer Jeff Bezos.

Seattle-based Amazon said it was investigating the claims. It said it strives for an equitable culture and has no tolerance for discrimination: “These allegations do not reflect those efforts or our values.”

The complaint was filed in Washington, D.C., federal court.

Newman, a Harvard Business School graduate and former adviser to U.S. Senator Cory Booker, said Amazon delayed by 2-1/2 years her rise to senior manager by hiring her in 2017 for a more junior role for which she was overqualified, a “de-leveling” that reduces awards of company stock.

She also accused a male supervisor of using racial tropes by calling her “aggressive,” “too direct” and “just scary,” and another male co-worker of sexually harassing her and once pulling on her braids while saying, “You can leave this behind.”

Both men were also named as defendants, and according to the lawsuit the supervisor was required to undergo training while the co-worker was terminated. The co-worker’s lawyer could not immediately be identified.

Newman is seeking compensatory and punitive damages. She is represented by Douglas Wigdor, who also represented women suing the former movie producer Harvey Weinstein and Fox News over alleged harassment or discrimination.

Amazon has worked to show support for the Black Lives Matter movement. In September its cloud computing chief Andy Jassy, who will succeed Bezos as Amazon CEO, gave the keynote address at a Black Employee Network entrepreneurship conference.

The news site Recode last week reported allegations of racial disparities in Amazon promotions and performance reviews.

Amazon also faces lawsuits claiming it mistreated workers in its handling of the coronavirus pandemic at its facilities.

Add Dr. Seuss to the “cancelled” list.

The company that publishes Dr. Seuss children’s books said it plans to stop selling six of his titles —”If I Ran the Zoo,” “And to Think That I Saw It on Mulberry Street,” “McElligot’s Pool,” “On Beyond Zebra!,” “Scrambled Eggs Super!” and “The Cat’s Quizzer” — after consulting with a panel of educators and other experts who claim the books contain racist and insensitive images.

Dr. Seuss Enterprises said in a statement Tuesday — on the late author’s birthday — it is “supporting all children and families with messages of hope, inspiration, inclusion, and friendship.

“These books portray people in ways that are hurtful and wrong,” the company added. “Ceasing sales of these books is only part of our commitment and our broader plan to ensure Dr. Seuss Enterprises’ catalog represents and supports all communities and families.”

The books by Dr. Seuss — whose real name was Theodor Seuss Geisel — have been studied and criticized in recent years for how they portray Black people, Asian people and other groups, according to the New York Post.

The media outlet noted a 2019 paper analyzing Geisel’s work found Africans were depicted in “If I Ran the Zoo” as “potbellied” and “thick-lipped,” while Asian characters were “helpers who all wear their eyes at a slant.”

“Mulberry Street” shows an Asian person using chopsticks to eat a bowl of rice accompanied by the text: “Chinaman who eats with sticks,” the 2019 paper, published in the journal Research on Diversity in Youth Literature, said.

Dr. Seuss Enterprises told the Associated Press the company “listened and took feedback from our audiences including teachers, academics and specialists in the field as part of our review process. “We then worked with a panel of experts, including educators, to review our catalog of titles.”

Prosecutors investigating the shooting death of an unarmed Black man by a white Cincinnati store owner said on Tuesday they have evidence the shooting victim robbed the store twice before and they were closing the case.

Da’Shawn Tye’s family has called for a federal civil rights investigation into his Nov. 19 death.

Experts explain how to land a high-paying cannabis career in the U.S.

In a statement, Hamilton County Prosecutor Joseph Deters for the first time provided details about what led to his decision not to charge the store owner with any crimes. Deters said the store owner feared for his life.

Tye’s family contends there is no evidence the 19-year-old acted improperly on Nov. 19 or that he was the robber at the Mages Grocery on Aug. 8 and Nov. 14. They said still images of the perpetrator they were shown from the first two incidents did not show Tye.

In December, Deters had announced the case was closed. After Tye’s family attorney Fanon Rucker in January asked the U.S. Department of Justice to open a civil rights investigation, prosecutors re-examined the Aug. 8 and Nov. 14 robberies.

Deters said on Tuesday the suspect in the August robbery had a silver semi-automatic handgun and fled in a blue Chevy Blazer. Deters said police later established that Tye owned a blue Blazer and a handgun.

Deters said the robbery suspect threw off a coat as he fled Nov. 14 and that Tye’s DNA was found on the coat.

On Nov. 19, when the store owner shot and killed Tye, Deters said video from a nearby home shows Tye’s blue Blazer drive by the store and park around the corner.

Deters accused Rucker of making “numerous, false statements” about and injecting politics into the case. Rucker, a Democrat, has twice unsuccessfully challenged Republican Deters for the county prosecutor job.

Rucker said in a release that regardless of whether Tye robbed the store previously, the Nov. 19 shooting “was unlawful.

“Simply being fearful of someone is not a justifiable reason to shoot.”

The prosecutor’s office did not initially respond to questions from Reuters about whether, as the family demands, it would now release images from the robberies.
