Holly Sh!t Batman!!! I guess her time was up..

Just like the fella who missed Air France flight 447, later dies in a car crash??

Italian who missed AF 447 flight dies in car crash

The shooter purchased a ticket, was part of the audience and at the end, left through the fire escape, propping it open while he went to his car.. then he returned..

His hair was also painted red like the Joker.. no joke.

...

I got the story that he sat for 15min - left when the lights went down and came back after he geared up. Kind of funny about the red hair though. That may be why the cops called him the "Joker" alnong with calling himself the Joker.

Not all smart people are nuts but a lot of crazy people are smart.

Indeed, I recall reading that the judge who sentenced Ted Bundy to death said that Bundy had wasted a fine mind and could have done great things. Instead he chose rape and murder.

I don't think you'll find too many people in Colorado who consider themselves 'southern'. You might earn yourself a blood nose if you go there and tell them they are.

Or..................get shot

I've never met a Canadian that said aboot. Unless they were actually talking about a boot.

I use these words interchangeably.

Same.

Damn Yankee!!

Yah, well, he was also a compulsive nose-picker, and flunked out of college. Don't think he ever graduated, but been a long time since I read the book. Could be wrong.............again.

THIS particular piece of dog **** was a real looney. Wonder how many 1%ers there were in the theater ? None would be my guess.

Something needs to be done about the ease of access to guns. Whoever he aquired these from should be subject to life in prison. Anyone who sells guns illegally should be in prison for a long long time. There's too much at stake for pieces of **** to be arming other pieces of ****.

We weren't alone, SLM..........many of the people commenting on the story said the same thing.

Well it's like I was saying earlier, if anyone ever has a brush with death we kind of feel like we've beaten the odds, we can put it behind us. Obviously the possibility is always there, but it should be improbable. A lot of people died there, some of them very young, but I'm more shaken by her death, I think for that very reason. It's shaken that faith/hope that those really, really bad things don't happen twice.

What in the hell is with people these days? Sweden, Canada, United States, how did we
end up with all the crazy people in the civilized world? You can expect something like this
in the Middle East where they blow each other up for sport but in our situations this is not
funny at all. Going to a movie can get you killed, or going to a corner store or gas station.
I don't think the death penalty is a deterrent at all, but it sure as hell beats doing nothing. I
used to be totally against the death penalty but I am changing my mind more every day.
There are two situations. One there is a trial and people make a decision, I concede,
sometimes the person is not guilty after all and we should be careful in those cases.
But when we get a fine upstanding citizen like this one, and everyone knows he is as
guilty as hell the following should apply.

1 No name mention of the killer, after all he wants to be famous
2 A quick trial shortly after the murders take place and the execute him
again no mention of the name of the convicted Turn Off The Bloody Cameras

Gander Mountain and Bass Pro Shop are getting some unwanted publicity.. where the guns were purchased for this tragedy.

The suspected gunman in the Aurora, Colo., theater shooting early Friday bought two firearms from a Bass Pro Shop in Denver, the company said.

“Based on the records we have reviewed, personnel in our Denver store correctly and fully followed all Federal requirements with respect to the sale of one shotgun and one handgun to the individual identified in this incident,” Larry Whiteley, a spokesman for Bass Pro Shops, said in a statement Friday afternoon. “Background checks, as required by Federal law, were properly conducted, and he was approved.”

The company did not say when the sale occurred or the type of shotgun and handgun. Earlier police identified the alleged shooter as James E. Holmes, 24 years old, of Aurora, just east of Denver.

“We want to offer our deepest sympathies to the victims and their families. This is an unspeakable tragedy, and we join with all Americans in offering our prayerful support,” Mr. Whiteley said.

It definitely gives one pause for thought, SLM.

1 No name mention of the killer, after all he wants to be famous

Good luck with that, DG...............MSM rules the world and they are already having orgasms over this story. Sad but true.

Would you believe James E. Holmes was a great student and a neuroscience PHD candidate? This
means he already had a B. sc and a Masters.
