The interesting thing is, any black person who feels personally threatened by these guys is legally allowed to kill them, but on the other hand, they're legally allowed to kill anyone who threatens them. So in the end, you're setting up a legal bloodbath. Could make for entertaining news coverage.

Can the police confirm or deny when a crime is taking place? Not normally unless there's a 911 call or some kind of intel. It's like asking them to confirm a man walking down Main Street wearing a black and red hat. This isn't Hollywood, and they don't have PreCrime departments with Tom Cruise leading investigations... I've checked other sites and, apparently, it is a hoax. Yes, there are local trouble makers who are talking crap but not organized Neo Nazis threatening violence.
Still, the bottom line is as I wrote above, the best way to deal with armed trouble makers is to arm yourself as the Second Amendment is there to protect everyone.

These "patrols" turned out to be 2 people, both of whom were stopped repeatedly by police.

Wait a second - remember that it was Fox who first reported it which made me skeptical. Then it was Huffington and that's when I thought it must have been true. But then I asked myself how can it be that Neo Nazis would be flourishing there considering the large Jewish population in that area. Something just didn't add up and that's when I did the research and found it was nothing more than another media hoax.
While people argue about white, black and any other colour the real problem is
not even debated. The real problem is the society is coming apart. America is
on the road to becoming a cousin of the Arab World, everyone can carry guns
and stick up for their side. Is that not what the courts are for in an open society?

So on one hand you are asking for the courts to protect us... then on the other hand critiquing the amount of laws that the courts have at their disposal.
I think he is specifically talking about the laws where the courts have abdicated their duty to protect "the" people, and allowed the government to avoid going to court based on National Security standing issues. He mentions homeland security and the patriot act, and those two things were definitely challenged only to have the government pull the lame standing issue.
