I believe that your attempt to make a point through the use of insults shows the complete lack of substance in your posts. Your problem is that you think insulting another poster strengthens your arguments. It doesn't. It merely shows that you have run out of intelligent things to say. Reply when you actually have something intelligent to say. I'm sure that if you devote of your intellect to the task you might manage something.
MY postings don't lack substance. My arguments are strong in fact, so strong that only closing your eyes, putting your fingers in your ears and whistling a happy tune can manage to keep someone like yourself in the dark over subjects like this one. I have tons of intelligent things yet to add here but I'm not doing that at the moment. You failing to understand even the basic tenants of the harm reduction approach to illegal drugs and the drug policies in both Canada and the US, as it applied to Mexico and points south, prevent even a mention of what is pumped into other countries as "aid". The folly of incarcerating pedlars over violent criminals and supporting organized crime by corruption in command chains.
So in turn, why don't you get some education on the subject, give it a think and then see if there is a point you can jump back into the conversation without making blunders like comparing opium trade wars to the war on drugs.
Man's natural state is to be armed.
Our fangs are being pulled in a blatant attempt to turn us into sheep........
Don't cha think??
Through International Narcotics Control programs, the US government provides funds for military equipment and training to overseas police and armed forces to combat the production and trafficking of illegal drugs.
These funds are generally dedicated to the export of firearms and the refurbishment of surveillance aircraft, transport planes and helicopters.Additional counter-narcotics training and equipment is provided by the Department of Defense, the Drug Enforcement Agency and other agencies. In recent years, human rights abuses by military and police units receiving this aid - especially in Colombia - have intensified criticism of the program.
I would say they are some well armed sheep then.
