How about MEGA, make everything great again. An American Public Works Project. and then it could cover a variety of projects that are the part of any 'rebuilding'.
If the rumors of Obama staying in DC are true and 'they' are habitual liars would that mean he could be under 'house arrest' pending the results of some ongoing investigations.
The plans DT has for Jan.20 might be an empty stadium if no politicians and wall st wizard void themselves out of fear of being arrested at that very moment. (and with just cause)
As stated, Canada could make a bundle off the rats that are leaving the ship. Immunity from extradition in exchange for a full confession as that is the only thing that will remove a name from a 'retribution contract', If you include whole family trees that could be an exodus of 30M people, all of then wealthy if they get to keep it all (which I doubt) Perhaps hire x-ISIS members to become the police force in those locations.
