Secondly the kid didn't commit a war crime, he killed a soldier on the battlefield period
A battlefield is somewhere where people shoot at each other and throw grenades at
each other. So there is a fifteen year old kid on a battlefield and enemy soldiers are
coming so he killed one not a war crime. Number three the American forces were there
for some time so every enemy soldier they killed made them a war criminal many times
over well that ain't true either is it?
In Afghanistan there was some purpose to be there the nine eleven crowd did provoke a
response that is normal. America in Iraq they had no reason to go in a second time and
their efforts made the world a less safe place to be the Americans created a vacuum that
caused the deaths of hundreds of thousands needlessly. Now on Iraq America is more
likely in the war criminal status than a fifteen year old kid who killed one soldier on a

I guess our Canadian soldiers that fought and killed in Afhganistan are also war criminals .
Good lets convict them all .
He should never have been released. We should never have agreed to take him back from the U.S. They were the ones to arrest him, charge him and find him guilty. So they created the mess - now we have to deal with it.
