Just because you can describe something with the adjective "human" doesn't mean that it is in fact a human being. For example, human hair, human ear, human feces.

Making a point that puts fetus in the same category as hair, ears, and feces really doesn't strengthen your point.

As for laws against someone killing a fetus against the will of the mother, I certainly agree that that should be illegal. Again, it is about choice. Nobody else should be able to force that choice on them either way.

It is not an individual entity until it can sustain basic life function outside of the host. Before that it is part of the host. How tough is that for you to understand. Maybe take a few minutes and look up mitochondria and mitochondrial DNA then get back to me about how different DNA is the requirement for something to be an individual sentient being.
