There are nice big, pretty, juicy, big, tasty and early finishing commercial varrietys which is everything a commercial gardener wants but they have the nuritional value of a 2X4.

I'm not sure. Since I'm not fluent in "Petros", I'm not completely sure what "chain of liable" is. If you are suggesting that I could be liable if a disease from my garden attacks somebody else garden you are, yet again, wrong.
Chain of liability. I'm sorry for the typo and even more sorry you brain didn't grasp that. Am I wrong? I asked you prove me wrong.

Can't prove a negative.

It shouldn't be difficult for you to cite a case where somebody has won a judgment against a gardener.

Point out where it says it doesn't cover non-commercial. It just says non branded. Where do you get self replicating tomatos that don't come from seed and some line of breeding?

Somebody somewhere has to manufacture tomatos.

You missed the correction. It's 95% of farmers are subsistence farmers but now thanks to world wide subsidies they are all state farms Comrade.

So, is this figure similarly dubious in support? Going to the FAO, this publication gives a figure of 40% of global workers in agriculture are waged workers. How can 95% of farmers be subsistence farmers, if 450 million of the 1.3 Billion agricultural workers get paid a wage?

ftp://ftp.fao.org/docrep/fao/008/af164e/af164e00.pdf

It's still a nonsense claim, despite your correction.

Isn't Socialist funding great Comrade? They are being punted off their land to work someone eles's? And yes lots of people do have support jobs in ag. Flat tires don't fix themselves.

I wonder what the definition of 'farmer' and 'subsistence farmer' will turn out to be?

Point out where it says it doesn't cover non-commercial.

It doesn't have to. If you're not selling food products through interstate commerce then you're not covered by the text of the bill.

Point out where it says it doesn't cover non-commercial..

The bill doesn't have to say it doesn't cover non-commercial. By using the term "trade" it eliminates all other operations that don't engage in trade.

It would be like passing a bill that says "all NHL players will pay a $500 fee for extra insurance". By inserting the term "NHL" the bill specifically does not include players from the AHL, WHL, OHL, QMJHL and every other league. That's the way law works.

Now please cite one case where a gardener has been found responsible for the spread of disease from their garden.

How do you trade without manufacturing. Where does it specify commercial manufacturing only? Rough hangover or what?

How well do one of these work if dropped into landrace crops Vs. "branded" crops? M115 bomb - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Irrelevant? Do you think an "Ooopsies, I ****ed up the entire state's economy and I won't be liable. Silly me." will cut it?
