The indescriminate nature of the targets say someone like "ISIS" to me. They don't care who they kill. Those terrorists are nihilists.

ISIS seems to be toast in Iraq and Syria but one of their offshoots is very much alive in Sub-Saharan Africa (and our Peacekeepers may be about to do some battle with them). ISIS recruited tens of thousands of disgruntled Westerners, many of whom would have survived and are looking for a new way to "gruntle". The MO is a little odd this time, I will grant you but some offshoot of ISIS should at least be on the list.

I understand it just fine. It's undermanned ice soccer. In a pro league with 27 American teams and 5 Canadian teams.

I remember when they first opened up the floodgates and set up NHL franchises in Petaluma and Clambdigger Cove, they had to add a coloured "streak" behind the puck on the television screen so that the dim bulbs down there could follow the game.
