Exactly the opposite.

Except that no, no it's not the opposite.

I know you don't give a damn about trans kids and all but really, this bullshit from Alberta distinctly points out discrimination based on gender when it comes to trans health care. I hope to hell that parents - those that are good with their trans kids anyway - sue over it.

Wakie wakie hands off fakie snakie!

While some European countries have taken a cautious approach to puberty blockers, none have outright banned or criminalized the treatment:

  • 1734019789567.png
    Sweden
The Karolinska hospital stopped prescribing hormones to minors in 2021, citing a lack of evidence on long-term consequences. The National Board of Health and Welfare updated its guidelines to state that puberty blockers should only be used in exceptional cases.

  • 1734019789716.png
    England
The National Health Service (NHS) BANNED prescribing puberty blockers to children

  • 1734019789844.png
    Scotland
Scotland's only gender clinic paused prescribing puberty blockers to people under 18 in April 2024.

  • 1734019789921.png
    Denmark
Denmark has sharply restricted youth gender transitions. The current treatment guidelines are due to be updated later in 2023.
Other European countries have different age requirements for accessing transgender hormone therapy:
  • Bulgaria, Cyprus, Greece, France, Hungary, Romania, and Slovakia: The age requirement is 18 years.
  • Poland and Spain: The age requirement is 16 years.
  • Denmark and Slovenia: The age requirement is 15 years.
  • Latvia: The age requirement is 14 years.

Puberty blockers can make bones weaker while you are taking them. However, your bones may get stronger when you stop taking puberty blockers or start taking hormone therapy.

I'm glad the policies have been passed. The kids need protections & they can determine when they're older if they want to change their idea of a gender. (You cannot change genders actually but whatever). And to call it "trans healthcare" is laughable when in fact it's simply reenforcing a mental health issue rather than helping the person.

Why anyone would fall for this ridiculous conception of how biology works is beyond me. It's a LIE!! One cannot change genders no matter how hard they try.

Let the kids be kids. If they're having gender delusions, get them help to see them through puberty and if, at 18 or later, they still want to mangle their parts, they can do so. Europe has already reached this conclusion as has Alberta. Other Provinces should follow suit as well. Children cannot make these decisions because they simply don't know what the consequences will be down the line.

I, for one, do NOT want lawsuits against medical & governmental personnel when someone who has manipulated their parts because they "feel" like they're the opposite sex is truly something to avoid because they do have a case!! And we ALL would be expected to pay for any successful lawsuit. It's happening already!!

SO you don't care about normal kids getting conned into doing some irreversible operation by a groomer or idiot social worker.
If the new law in Alberta saves just one child from this fate, it will be worthwhile.

... oh wow, you've REALLY bought into the anti-trans bullshit lock, stock and cock.

There are NO kids getting conned, or otherwise, into doing some "irreversible operation". None. JFC, go educate yourself on what it is trans kids ARE allowed medically to do.

by a groomer or idiot social worker.

The only groomers are you and others who are FORCING trans kids to be who they are not. THAT is grooming.

Nevermind the lives that it risks on the other end, right?

You are typical of every fucking anti-trans asshat out there who refuses to educate themselves on the situation, and instead goes off your 'feefees' because your misogyny is through the roof.

Why are taints getting shorter?

Short anogenital distance (AGD) is associated with lower testosterone levels in men:

  • Study 1: Men with hypogonadal testosterone levels (less than 300 ng/dl) had a significantly shorter AGD than men with higher testosterone levels.

  • Study 2: For each 1 cm increase in AGD, serum testosterone increased by 20.1 ng/dl.
AGD is a marker for genital development and can be used to assess testicular function. Other studies have found that:

  • Shorter stretched penile length (SPL) is associated with male infertility.

  • Agents that disrupt androgen signaling can lead to abnormal genital lengths and alter testicular function.

  • The hormone "environment" a fetus is exposed to in the uterus may affect sperm count and AGD.

  • Exposure to phthalates during pregnancy may be linked to shorter AGD in sons.

You actually don't know what is going on. It has been noted that some of these kids are being manipulated. You can deny that all you want, but I believe there is some truth to that. Where were all these so-called "trans kids" 10, 15 & 20 years ago? I'm sure you'll say that they've always been. If that is true, why is there such an "explosion" of "trans" now? It's because kids & adults who are too weak to investigate further, simply accept, immediately, that the child is trans without actually going into more detail & investigation as to what is going on in the child's life.

I refuse & continue to refuse to accept that biologically, men can be women & vice versa. That is completely & totally false & it is disgusting that it's being pushed on our kids.

If you're an adult & want to dress up as a woman I say go for it. You want to cut your junk off - go for it. BUT LEAVE THE KIDS BE KIDS UNTIL THEY CAN DECIDE FOR THEMSELVES. Most likely, 99% will leave things be & will get on with their lives happily!!

What education? Even the so-called "experts" have no clue what they're doing & whose lives they're ruining. Get with it Serryah!! You're on the wrong side of this issue - BIG TIME!

You actually DO NOT KNOW if kids are being manipulated. There is evidence that this is exactly what is happening. The kids are "confused" (gee I wonder who confuses them??) & with the push on becoming trans is so evident, of course some kids will question their situation.

But instead of compassion & some counselling, they're pushed to think this is exactly the way they can "feel better about themselves." It's insanity, it's unconscionable & needs to be stopped immediately. Let the kids grow up & then they can decide for themselves. The treat of suicide is simply a promotion from people who thing you can actually change genders & to not be able to means the kid will commit suicide - this has been proven to be false!!

It is NOT compassion nor is it "healthcare" to cut appendages from your body simply because you don't "feel" or you "think" you might be something that you're not. That is cruel!! The whole "trans" thing is cruel!!

Woman speaks out after volleyball spike from transgender opponent left her with brain injuries
'It was 100% avoidable, if only my rights as a female athlete had been more important than a man's feelings'

A woman who was severely injured during a high school volleyball game in North Carolina two years ago after a ball was spiked at her head by a transgender opponent says her life has been changed forever.

Payton McNabb, who was 17 at the time she suffered brain and neck injuries in Sept. 2022, is featured in a new documentary by the Independent Women’s Forum, a conservative non-profit.

The short documentary, called Kill Shot: How Payton McNabb Turned Tragedy Into Triumph, tells how she came within inches of losing her life.

“If my story can in any way help prevent this from happening to at least just one woman or girl, then it was all worth it,” McNabb told the New York Post.

McNabb said, entering the game, she and her teammates at Hiwassee Dam High School in Murphy knew there was a transgender player on the other side of the net, but felt helpless to bring up their concerns.

“We never thought we would ever be put in this position to begin with,” she said. “I didn’t know one person who agreed with (a transgender athlete competing against us) on my team, but we didn’t know what to do.”

Raw footage of the volleyball spike showed McNabb being squarely hit in the face by the ball. She fell to the floor and was unconscious for about 30 seconds. There was an immediate scream from one person before the gym went silent as teammates and school staff came to her aid.

“It was 100% avoidable, if only my rights as a female athlete had been more important than a man’s feelings,” she said.

Over the following weeks, McNabb said she was diagnosed with a traumatic brain injury, a brain bleed, partial paralysis and loss of peripheral vision on her right side. She also had to deal with memory loss, confusion and severe headaches.

The injuries affected her athletic pursuits.

“I had the hopes and dreams of playing college softball and I had the opportunities too, but my injury set me back and it didn’t end up working out,” she said. “I was really depressed.”

The documentary also features McNabb’s parents and sister, who have not publicly spoken about her injuries before.

“The guilt Payton’s father and I carry is heavy,” her mother, Pamela, told the paper. “At the time we weren’t allowed to speak up. We couldn’t say, ‘No, she’s not playing against a boy, it’s dangerous.'”

In April 2023, McNabb shared her story for the first time while testifying at the North Carolina General Assembly in support of legislation that would restrict transgender athletes from competing in female sports at the middle, high school and college levels. Soon after, the state passed the bill.

McNabb is attending Western Carolina University, but the injuries stemming from the volleyball spike has left her with continuing cognitive issues.

“I was always at the top of my class,” she said. “Learning had never been an issue before. But I still just can’t comprehend the way that I used to or focus on what I need to learn.”
