From the article, it's the people OUTSIDE the family that are the ones trying to fuck this kid over, sadly. The parents are trying to do what they can to help their kid. Want to be mad at someone, be mad at them for making the kid thing that they're gonna die because other people are so fucking insecure that the idea of someone not being themselves scares them to this kind of abuse.

Is there something in the water in California? It's either that or they are creating trans kids out there when compared to other states. Its highly disproportionate which clearly says it's a trend when it's triple that of Ohio.

Maybe it’s an East/West Coast thing??

I’m on the outside so just guessing….but maybe like the Junkie migratory pattern in Canada the final destination is eventually East Hastings as they’d drown if they tried to get much further west.

Maybe a similar migratory pattern exists (for different reasons?) regarding this community & California (& probably Oregon & Washington States??)?

Why would children be headed West?

This is all a trend. Every goddam marginalized human isn't any more special than the next just because they are crybabies with mental health issues. The mature gays and lesbians aren't supporting this crap. It's just the participation trophy winners that are pimping this shit because they are all spoiled fucking brats who need to experience hardship and need learn to respect in order to get it to build character and resolve.

Not that I really care, just want to be understanding. Does someone want to explain what all these letters/symbols mean? I get the lesbian, gay, bi ones...OK, the one Q is queer, which I thought was not acceptable????????..........the rest is just gobbity gook to me.....thanks

I usually just call them "the letter people". Athough i may have to change that up now that they're adding numbers - woudln't want to be non-inclusive.
