Nope. Like I said, the US pretty well got us by the balls. I'm just saying that we can survive if we must, but we'll take a damn good beating. Buth trading with little Greenland is still better than nothing if the US turns its back on us. Pickers can't be choosers. If the US turns its back on us, we'll want to trade with anyone and everyone who wants to trade with us.

You're kidding right? The US (Trump) is going to open up the Keystone XL and other pipelines to start importing much of our natural resources now they can push the environmental freaks to the side. We are in a great position being their closest neighbor with direct access to the resources they need. Heck, you're welfare check might even get bigger.

He was elected because the American citizens are sick and tired of an ever greater socialist economy and having their standard of living reduced to welfare status by politicians controlled by globalist interests. The system has been broken for a long time with no signs of doing anything but getting worse. Trump signifies a big f*ck you to the status quo establishment. It is tantamount to having a major revolution without all the bloodshed.
Stop being so silly. 30% of the population didn't vote and of the 70 that did only a third were strong Trump supporters. 1/3 were Hillary supporters and the other third voted for Hillary or Trump because they hated the other one so much. Trump's election has nothing to do with economics. Most Americans can't even spell economics let alone discuss it rationally

Precisely. The same Paul Ryan that said he wouldn't support or campaign for Trump. Figure it out.

Figure what out - that the Republicans are beside themselves with joy that they now have both houses under their grip. That their dreams of electing Republicans to those houses came true and that President-elect Donald Trump helped them do it. I'd say they owe him a big debt of gratitude.

Maybe I will. Next time the Roughriders amount to a bucket of warm spit.

Hey, the Cubbies won the World Series...................

That they're all his bitches now.

I wonder what Clinton will do? Stay in the game, like Kerry or McCain? Fade away like Romney or Gore? Go to prison, like Blagoievich?

Don't worry, Clinton supporters. Gina Miller will probably arrive in your country any day now and try and get the result overturned in the US Supreme Court.

The national debt will be off the charts before he's done.

It would have to be on the charts to go off those same charts. 9 trillion missing from the private Federal Reserve!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Trump must begin the drainage of Washington he must begin infrastructure renewal he must renew diplomacy with the world. This may be the very last chance for the USA and the billions of innocent men woman and children who do not want to be remembered as victims of global war. If he fails of his own accord and proves to have been dishonest the people must hang him.
Someone mentioned his character as not being presidential, I would remind that person of the characters who occupied the offal office before Trump. JFKs character got him assinated by the bankers those who followed him into the oval office were far lesser beings, maybe change has finally come maybe not.

I'm sorry...let me defer to you're well-educated view of the world.

Most Americans understand that Trump gave hope they could feed and house their families working 1 job in a factory instead of 3 at McDonalds, Wendys and Jack-in-the-Box. You on the other hand are not quite so smart.

Maybe we could mention all the slave owners, murderers and rapists within the founding fathers and early presidents who are considered such great people of high moral character.

Most Americans didn't vote for him and half the people that did only did so because they despised Hilary
