To clarify, no, I don't hate Texas just because of one person....That would be contradicting what I already said " for as long as I can remember I never liked Texas. As I said "Generally speaking of course in regards to ideology, lack of enforcement of some laws, etc.".... The culture, the mentality, how you express yourself here as well, all add up, among many other things, to my personal choice of not liking Texas..... many many other things I'm not about to get into right now, because this thread is about Alaska, Not Texas..... get off your high horse.

Once again, I'm not about to get into a long debate on why I don't like certain States in the US..... this is about a Northern State, AKA: Alaska. If you want to go on about somone not liking the area in which you live or your culture, then start another thread, otherwise, piss off eh.
For your own education, Colleges here in Canada have diplomas, Universities have Degrees.
My diplomas revolve around graphic design and animation, which includes being creative in pissing people off like you.
Oh THAT. My daughter has a degree in engineering and one in public relations. The other has a degree in culinary cuisince, clinical dietetics, biology and organic chemistry. So, in other words, your degree is in fecal sculpture. :roll::lol:

Well first off you have to get by the envy thing.
A lot of people in a lot of places have issues with the USA.
In my opinion some of it is founded in jealousy
The old "king of the hill" thing.
And lets face it, money and power wise you guys are the "king of the hill".
So far anyway.
Once you get by that that, a lot of Canadians have problems with your Government.
The problem is, as I see it, is that most Canadians don't realize that a lot of Americans have similar issues with your Government.
As far as Canadians are concerned it would be a pleasant change if the American government would quit telling us what to do.
I do realize that Americans have been screwed (by default) into being the planetary policeman however most Canadians feel we neither need nor want advice from GB.
Your government also has a history of bullying its neighbors on occasion.
Canadians feel that is dirty pool.
Look up Nafta and the softwood lumber issue.
Also check into the wild salmon treaties on the west coast between Alaska, BC, Washington and Oregon.
In short we got lied to and screwed.
After that it's all good.

I have worked in several States and i lived on and off in Texas for three years.
Your government is hounding me to get a green card but I think I will pass as I don't plan on working much down south anymore.
Whats the difference between a rancher in Southern Alberta and Washington?
A guide or trapper in the Yukon or Alaska?
An organic dairy farmer in Ontario or Illinois?

I have worked with a bunch of Alaskans and spent a fair bit of time in the high arctic.
Fun-loving bunch up there if I do say so.
I would be happy to call an American a friend or neighbor.
In fact I already have.
I plan on spending a lot more time wandering about in the States,
its a good place.

And to express what you just did in regards to my education and what I actually contribute to society with my education and experience, clearly shows how ignorant you truly are.
