Again, the conspiracists suspend belief of the government yet are willing to believe anything with no tangible proof as long as it confirms their pre-conceived worldview. It doesn't matter how outrageous or how bizarre or how lacking in context and perspective.
A proclivity to believe in conspiracy theories is not evidence of an analytical mind. Just the opposite, in fact.
Tangible proof ... you mean like lacks of wreckage at crash sites at the Pentagon and in Shanksville Pa? ...or video from at least one of the many hundreds of cameras around the Pentagon - or the freeway beside it? ... or the fact two steel structures designed to withstand hurricane winds plunged straight to earth - despite the fact Empire State building still stands many years after it was hit by an airplane? Even as a student of engineering, I would have wanted to examine the debris to determine what caused the failure at WTC. Fact is: it's mandatory! Where is the wreckage and why was it carted off to China so fast?
I have no pre-conceived notions. My doubts accumulated. I hate the idea that government deceives. I hate the idea that the real power is something other than the people. An analytical mind doesn't wrap itself in the flag, bury its head in the sand and sing God Bless America so loudly that it can't hear anything that conflicts with its own ideas. Ye who bury your heads in the sand expose your asses for the boot.
