Damn... though it makes sense; can't exactly have your fighting force succumb to regional diseases and putting a war plan at risk.
The charge would be "failure to follow an order." Obviously, the max penalty is usually only imposed when the failure endangers the force or the mission. But it is available, and if you're the one they choose to make an example of. . .
I agree. If you force useless vaccines on people, then you should be sued for the damage to their health.
Or those who don't take working vaccines then pass on diseases to people who can't otherwise take vaccines, and those people die... yep, absolutely sue them, or maybe charge em with a crime if you can prove it.

Tax, and everybody else, has been vaccinated against a host of former killer diseases. Or an even shot they wouldn't be here.
Fortunately, those who decided against taking the Covid Vax are better of than those who chose to take it. Less mortality in non-vaxxed person than vaxxed. Isn't that interesting?? Statistics Canada figures show that small- and medium-sized businesses lost about $60 billion during the first year of the COVID-19-related lockdowns and travel bans, according to Blacklock’s Reporter.
The figure, drawn from companies that applied for interest-free $60,000 loans under the Canada Emergency Business Account program, was the highest yet calculated by any federal agency on the impact of the pandemic.
“From 2019 to 2020 approximately 47% of all small- and medium-sized businesses, those with annual salary expenses of less than $1.5 million, experienced a drop in gross profits totaling a loss of nearly $60 billion,” analysts wrote.
Meanwhile, the Canadian Federation of Independent Business put private-sector losses at just over twice as much — at least $139 billion — in 2021.
The report, Borrowing, Repayments And Bankruptcies By Industry: Results From The Canada Emergency Business Account Program, says restaurateurs and hotelkeepers saw revenues fall “anywhere from about 30 to 60%.”
“This was due in part to successive waves of health restrictions,” it said.
Meanwhile, retailers, builders and manufacturers saw declines of “roughly 20 to 25%” and recovered more quickly, the report said.
“Many of the businesses that applied for and received funding were in client-facing industries,” analysts wrote.
Of 898,271 borrowers, StatCan said only 6,343 filed for bankruptcy but noted the figure was deceptively small since loans are not repayable until Dec. 31, 2026.
“One-fifth or 19.9% of businesses reported not knowing if they would have the liquidity or access to credit to repay the loan,” Repayments And Bankruptcies said.
Still, another 14.5% said they definitely not have the cash to repay the loans now charged at 5%.
The loan program paid out $49.2 billion.

OTTAWA — The Canada Revenue Agency says it has terminated 330 employees for inappropriately receiving the Canada Emergency Response Benefit during the pandemic, giving its final update on an internal review.
The CRA launched an internal review in June 2023 into employees who received CERB despite being ineligible for the benefit, which identified 600 employees for further investigation.
The benefit, known as CERB for short, provided $2,000 per month to Canadians whose jobs were lost as a result of public health restrictions during the pandemic.
The agency says 185 individuals were not terminated for taking CERB, but 40 of them faced disciplinary action, such as suspension.
Meanwhile, 135 employees were found to have been eligible for CERB and therefore did not face any consequences.
Some employees would have been eligible because they were students or term employees.
The CRA says employees who inappropriately received CERB are required to pay back the benefits they received.
The agency says a small number of ongoing cases, including employees on medical or extended unpaid leave, will take more time to complete.
