Just because the Japanese Navy bombed Pearl Harbor, that doesn't mean we had any right to kill all those innocent Japanese civilians!
Of course, the people who start wars aren't responsible for civilian deaths right? Only the people attacked are responsible. What a twisted world we live in.

The latest conflict began Oct. 7, when Hamas militants killed 1,200 Israelis in surprise attacks, including hundreds of civilians in their homes and at an outdoor music festival. About 240 people were taken hostage.

Israel declared war on Hamas, began an airstrike campaign and cut off food, fuel, water and supplies to Gaza, which is home to 2.3 million Palestinians. Health officials in the Hamas-controlled territory say more than 11,470 people have been killed, two-thirds of them women and children, and another 2,700 people are reported missing.

No, dipshit, Hamas AND Israel are harming any prospects for peace.

Not just Israel.

But he's not wrong in that Israel is making it harder.

You can have empathy for the situation that drove them to be terrorists, and have no empathy for the actions they took.

So no, not "kind'a hard" at all.

And Israel seems to be okay with making more terrorists, so... *shrug*
The situation that drove them to be terrorists is radical Islam. So no empathy for anyone that chose a hate filled religion.

I consider it a public service. Hundreds of pro-Palestinian protesters surrounded a Vancouver Chinatown restaurant where Prime Minister Justin Trudeau was dining Tuesday night, with scores of police sent to control the crowd that was chanting for a ceasefire in the Israel-Hamas war.

He said 100 officers attended what he called a "spontaneous" protest by about 250 people just before 10 p.m. He said the officers had been sent to control the crowd so Trudeau could leave the restaurant.

Videos showed protesters waving Palestinian flags, shouting slogans and jeering Trudeau outside the Bagheera restaurant and cocktail bar on Main Street in Chinatown.

Addison said police would recommend charges against a 27-year-old man from Coquitlam, B.C., who was arrested after an officer was punched in the face and her eyes were gouged while she was trying to disperse the crowd. He said the officer was taken to hospital.

Addison said the department was aware of videos circulating on social media showing protesters confronting the prime minister earlier in the evening, but he couldn't provide details about the police response.

The videos show Trudeau being heckled by protesters inside Vij's, a restaurant in a different part of the city, demanding he call for an immediate ceasefire in Gaza.

Earlier Tuesday, Trudeau had urged Israel's government to "exercise maximum restraint" in its war against Hamas, which has included regular airstrikes in Gaza.

Addison said the city typically averages more than 800 protests a year, focused mainly on environmental or "geopolitical" causes, but 2023 is "well on pace to exceed 1,000 protests in the city of Vancouver."

"There have been some conflicts. There have been some clashes, and there are police investigations that have resulted from some activity that has occurred at protests," he said.

"We have a long history of protests in the city of Vancouver. We support people's right to peacefully assemble to express themselves, but we also have responsibility to balance that right with maintaining order and upholding the rule of law."

The majority of protests in Vancouver are the anti everything types that want to destroy jobs. Usually in areas of the province they will never go to.

Well maybe not in the gender confused area you live in. In Canada, we have millions of women that are still the gender they were born, are married to men , and work in heavy industries and farming and fishing.
Wow, you gotta be shit scared to turn a Lord of the Rings reference into a rousing defense of Gawd, Canaduh, workin' folk, and everything that's right and proper.

Okay, full stop - you do NOT speak for all of Canada, Tax. I assure you, there are plenty of people who are not what YOU would call "typical, normal gender" people in Canada. More than you realize.

Feel free to grab a paper bag to help your hyperventilating at that reality.

Try reading your posts. You certainly come across as a Jew hater.

Think you need to read the posts.

I don't hate Jews. I've nothing against Jews what so ever.

I hate the right wing bigots, zelots and insane wackadoo's who are leading the people of Israel into the hell they're living.

But concepts like that are beyond your comprehension.
