Ya, I heard that too, except that apparently, he was weaving back and forth trying to hit people so if he was fleeing, he didn't try to avoid hitting anyone. Couple of similar cases here in Ontario....The Minassian van attack and the one in London where the kid ran down a family. One was deemed terrorism, the other not.
